Es war sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmerreinigung war täglich und so in Ordnung.. dass Duschgel war leer wurde aber sofort getauscht. Beim Bezug des Zimmers lag noch ein nasses Handtuch hinter der Badezimmertür. Nachdem ich das gemeldet habe, wurde aber auch dies sofort entfernt und noch mal überprüft, ob alles okay ist.

Great value for money, but poor temperature control
Pros:

The hotel is great for its price — great location, excellent rooms with all the amenities. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

What I didn’t like is that you can’t control the temperature in the room. There’s an AC unit on the wall, but no matter what you press, it doesn’t work — there seems to be a central heating/cooling system for the whole hotel. It’s unclear why there’s a thermostat in the room at all. This time I booked the hotel for my family, and they were unhappy because it was cold and there was no way to turn off the airflow or make it warmer. The staff didn’t really help, even though they tried, which made the situation even more confusing. AND ANTS! They are everywhere! And I was on 4th floor!
