Near to cavahir mall ,supermarkets , stuff was friendly and helpful .due to small mistake, They give me a free upgrade. To king suite . I loved it

Unacceptable and unprofessional – avoid for business stays
We explicitly requested an invoice issued to our company at the time of booking and received confirmation from the hotel that this would be provided. Despite this, the hotel is refusing to issue the invoice.
It has now been over 9 days since our stay. We have sent multiple emails and followed up by phone several times. The response has been either dismissive or completely absent.
This is a basic obligation, not an extra service. Refusing to provide an invoice after confirmation is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism.
If you are traveling for business and need proper documentation, do not rely on this hotel.
We zijn heel goed geholpen door Defne en Okan. Ze waren erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en dachten actief met ons mee. Dankzij hen hebben we een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Nogmaals bedankt!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect, with everything you might need just steps away, including grocery stores, various shops, and a train station only about four minutes away on foot.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the reception team to housekeeping and room service . I would especially like to mention Mr. (Gokhan), who was always smiling, welcoming, and ready to answer all of our questions with patience and professionalism. He always did his best to provide suitable solutions whenever needed. I would also like to thank Mr. (umit) at the reception desk for his kindness and support.
Overall, the hotel offers outstanding service, a wonderful atmosphere, and very reasonable prices compared to other hotels. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

She was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail to ensure guests’ comfort. I would also like to thank onur for his polite manner and quick response to any request, which truly reflects the high standard of service at the hotel. They were also very generous and extremely friendly, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Honestly, it was a more than wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.
