موقع الفندق ونظافته وحسن معاملة موظف الاستقبال ومساعدته دائما

Cons:

صغر حجم الغرف وعدم وجود دولاب ملابس أو علاقة ملابس مما أجبرني على وضع ملابسي على طاولة الاكل ، وعدم وجود ميني بار في الغرفه المنفرده مما اضطرني على تبديل الغرفه بأخرى مزدوجه ودفع فرق السعر ، علما بأن الغرف لا تستحق 50 يورو لليلة واحده ، اتمنى تحسين خدمات الفندق لأن موقعه ممتاز

Rezalet bir yerdi. Otele gitmeden bir saat önce odada banyo olmadığı ama hemen odanın yanında ve bize ait olduğu söylendi tabii ki yalan. Tuvalette çöp bile yok pis peçeteler yerde banyoya banyo demek için bin şahit gerek. Aşağıda otelin sözde resepsiyonundaki kişilerin dünya umrunda değil. Otele kim girip çıkıyor o bile belli değil. Böyle otellerin sitelerde bile yeri olmamalı.

We booked 1 double and 1 twin room. Upon arrival at 7.30pm 1 of the rooms had not been cleaned yet and it turned out to be a double room instead of a twin room. The receptionist didn't try to change our room to a twin room, he kept saying 'it's not my problem'. We suggested that he would offer an extra room, after which he said we had to pay for it! Then, after repeatedly telling him we want the rooms we booked and paid for, he finally gave in and gave us 1 extra tiny room without bathroom for 1 night, after which we got the actual room we've booked the next night. The smell of sewage coming from the bathroom was intensely horrifying, it was so bad that we weren't able to use the bathroom, additionally the bathrooms were so tiny that you weren't even able to shower there or use the toilet. We used the shared facilities which were also disgusting but were usable. The rooms smelled of sigaretes and there was ash everywhere, the blankets had stains. It was extremely expensive. I would strongly suggest you do not go here.

Asla otel adını hak etmeyecek bir otel. Bence pansiyon falan denmeli öyle tanıtmalilar yanlış yönlendirme oluyor bence öyle. Kaldığımız kattaki odada tuvalet banyo yoktu. Tüm katın ortak tek bı tuvalet ve banyosu vardı. Asla ödediğimiz paraya değmeyecek bir yerdi. Başka yerimiz yok dendi o yüzden odayı değiştirmedik. Çarşaflar ve örtüler hep lekeliydi. Oda hiç temiz değildi. Kimseye asla önermem.

Ne réservez pas cet hôtel !
Pros:

Le logement ne correspond pas du tout à l'annonce. Les chambres sont deux fois plus petites (10 m2 vs 20m2). Le parking gratuit est en fait un otopark payant. De plus la chambre attribuée la première nuit ne correspondait pas à notre réservation (chambre à 2 petits lits avec une salle de bain commune nauséabonde alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et une SDB privative). Le personnel nous a mis devant le fait accompli et a refusé de nous dédommager de la différence ne reconnaissant pas ses torts. Le personnel a été désagréable et malhonnête.

Konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Odada tuvalet yok sadece banyo var. Katlarda ortak kullanım banyo ve tuvalet var cok temiz değildi. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü yardımcılardı memnun kaldım.
