Pros:

In primul rand, personalul a fost exceptional, de nota 1000 plus, locatia a fost foarte buna, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie, in jurul tau este plin de restaurante si cafenele, aproape de bazaruri si toate atractiile, minloc de transport la 5 minute de mers pe jos.
Mancarea a fost foarte buna desii putea fi putin mai diversificata.
Am putut sa ne lasam fara nici o problema bagajele dupa check-out, pana am mers spre aeroport.

Cons:

Antifonarea peretilor este slaba, cand vecinul de langa noi dadea drumul la apa de la baie se auzea foarte tare si la noi in camera, zgomotul de afara se auzea ca si cum era geamul deschis, partea buna este ca nu este o zona foarte circulata de masini sau oameni chiar langa hotel.
Pernele au fost putin incomode pentru noi, au fost mai tari.

موظفون المكان قمه بالاخلاق بالاخص السيد جنان حق الاستقبال له كل الشكر والتقدير هو والاخ اوقس سولنا تسجيل دخول مبكر وساعدنا كثير الله يعطيهم العافيه بصراحه حببونا بالفندق وكمان بالمنطقه .. الفندق نظيف وراقي والغرف كويسه ونظيفه

Pros:

Destaco principalmente la amabilidad del servicio. El trato y la atención son espectaculares. Las intalaciones, limpieza y servicios que ofrecen son excepcionales. Además, destacar la ubicación, inmejorable. Muy buen desayuno, un horario muy continental, hasta las 10:30h de L-V y hasta las 11:00h pm los fines de semana. Si vuelvo a Estambul, repito en este hotel sin dudarlo.

Lovely hotel in great location.
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and ferries to Kadikoy on Asian side. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Comfortable room and good bathroom.

Idealny do zwiedzania i odpoczynku.
Pros:

Jesteśmy zachwyceni tym hotelem. Znakomicie położony, nowy, w cichym sąsiedztwie a jednocześnie w samym środku Starego Miasta, blisko wszystkich najważniejszych punktów. Korzystaliśmy tylko z komunikacji miejskiej, do której jest bardzo blisko. Wspaniała obsługa. Miła, profesjonalna i pomocna. W hotelu mieszkaliśmy 8 dni i doskonale wypoczęliśmy. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, dania na ciepło, na zimno, na słodko lokalne wypieki oraz słono, a także owoce, warzywa, bakalie. Nigdy nie wyszliśmy głodni. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, wymieniane ręczniki, uzupełniana woda, herbata oraz kawa. Uważamy, że hotel ma świetny stosunek ceny do jakości i przy kolejnym pobycie w Stambule znowu byśmy go wybrali. Polecamy!
