Pros:

The staff were extremely polite, attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent — most of the main attractions are within walking distance, and public transport is very close by. If I return to Istanbul, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Cons:

The walls were a bit thin, which made sound insulation less effective.

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική,το προσωπικό σ'όλες τις βάρδιες του 24ωρου ευγενέστατο, πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε,τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα,το πρωινό πολύ καλό!!!
Την τελευταία μέρα επειδή φύγαμε νωρίς και δεν προλάβαμε το πρωινό μας είχαν ετοιμάσει σάντουιτς, χυμό και φρούτα να πάρουμε μαζί, κίνηση που εννοείται την εκτιμάς και μας έδωσαν κι ένα αναμνηστικό δωράκι

Όλα ήταν τέλεια, προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια,τους αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια!!!!

Все понравилось отличный новый отель, чистый и современный, сотрудники отеля дружелюбные и внимательные, заселили нас раньше времени это я очень ценю в отелях. Кровати удобные подушки тоже, постельное белье и полотенца свежее и чистое. В номере был чайник кофе и чай. Завтрак тоже отличный вкусный и сытный. Рекомендую этот отель находится рядом с метро Sirkeci и в самом центре исторической части также рядом Eminönü. Но расположен от шума это круто. Благодарю за гостеприимство отель еще и подарочки при выезде подарили это очень мило.

Hotel bello, stanza pulita, posizione molto comoda per girare a piedi o coi mezzi: tram e metro a pochi passi. Voto hotel 8

Cons:

Lo staff della reception al nostro arrivo ha cercato di venderci una serie di attività ma abbiamo declinato.
Al rientro invece ci hanno detto che le metro non funzionavano il 1 maggio, e quindi abbiamo dovuto prendere il transfer da loro per € 60. Per poi scoprire che le due linee della metro che portavano all'aeroporto funzionavano entrambe (ho screenshot di google maps di quel giorno e ricerche online a testimonianza). Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro, soprattutto da due membri dello staff, quello che ci ha venduto il transfer e il suo collega che più tardi ha confermato la versione. Voto reception 4
Il resto dello staff era molto gentile, specie quello della colazione.

Excelente hotel céntrico. Personal e instalaciones inmejorables
Pros:

Hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. La ubicación es perfecta. Andando a pocos minutos de Santa Sofia o del puente Galata. El personal no he visto jamás gente tan amable. Habitaciones espaciosas, limpísimo. El desayuno es una maravilla (tiene multitud de platos para degustar dentro de lo que es la comida turca). en definitiva un 10. Recomiendo el taxi que ponen ellos del aeropuerto al hotel.

Pros:

1. Месторасположение отличное. Центр старого города недалеко от всех основных достопримечательностей. Рядов вход в метро
2. Чистый номер и все довольно новое
3. Персонал очень вежливый
4. Есть бесплатный трансфер с аэропорта (но тут есть и минус)
5. Было довольно тихо что редкость в таких местах
6. Кровать и постельное белье приятные
7. Уборка ненавязчива и хорошая

Cons:

1. Завтраки очень слабые. Трудно поесть что то нежирное или не острое.
2. В отеле по факту нет никакой зоны, где можно побыть вне номера. Места у рецепции мало и неуютно.
3. Мы были в прохладную погоду и открывали окно. Система кондиционирования настроена отвратительно. Невозможно отрегулировать и нормально охладить пространство. Видимо экономят электроэнергию.
4. Компания которая нас должна была забрать из аэропорта забрала нас на час позже! Целый час пришлось стоять ждать на улице вместо обещаных 15 минут. Как они написали - просто не увидели вашего сообщения.
