Отель с отличным видом и высоким уровнем сервиса
Pros:

Вид из окна шикарный, виден закат. Номер чистый, уютный, персонал очень вежливый, парковщик поможет с вашим авто. Завтраки вкусные. Сервис и удобства на высоком уровне.

Cons:

Есть только один минус, но серьёзный. Очень шумно круглые сутки. Под окном оживленная высокоскоростная дорога, которая уходит в тоннель, что создаёт дополнительный уровень шума. Не надейтесь друг друга услышать в номере при открытом окне, ночью закрытое окно не спасает.

Personel sprzątający mistrzowski pozostali pracownicy smutni zmęczeni i dziwna atmosfera z nudnymi śniadaniami.

Ludzie nie znają słowa „dzień dobry” palą przed wejściem - śmierdzi w pokoju bo się unosi smród dymu z papierosów. Smutni ludzi na śniadaniach - ogólnie śniadania nudne w kółko to samo i stare ciasta. Zero zupy. Słabe śniadania i dziwne spojrzenia obsługujących. Zero muzyki. Dziwna atmosfera ogólnie.

The location is so convenient.

It's my second time staying in this hotel. And I choose here again because my past experience was overall very positive. But this time, one night there was a birthday party at the restaurant level 01, and the volume of the music was incredibly loud that I could hear it from my room which was on the 5th floor. And it gets worse here, when I called the reception to complain about the noise, their response was that the music will stop at midnight. instead of warning the party people and reninding them that there are also guests staying in the same building, they were trying to make the guests accept the fact (annoying noise) and make them stop complaining. In other words they were sacrificing their hotel guests comfort for a one night party crowd. I am very dissatisfied with my stay this time because of this approach of the management. I even tried putting on headphones to go to sleep but the bass was so strong that the building was shaking.
