Pros:

Красивый современный отель, красивый вид из ресторана и с терасс. Отличное местоположение. Прекрасный номер, удобная кровать. Отличный завтрак. Прекрасный персонал. Небольшой, но хороший фитнес зал.

Cons:

В номере было душновато, не получилось снизить климатом температуру. Забыли в номере ноутбук, отель ничего не сказал, вспомнили сами, возвращались в город забрать, спасибо что очень быстро вернули, опаздывали на поезд. Почему сами не сообщили о находке - непонятно.

Für den aufgerufenen Preis pro Nacht hätten wir uns deutlich mehr erwartet.
Pros:

-Das Bett war sehr komfortabel

Cons:

Die Aussicht war extrem unschön, da wir direkt auf das verkommene Karstadt-Gebäude blickten.

Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt unfertig und lieblos gestaltet. Zwar war es recht groß, jedoch bestand die Einrichtung im Wesentlichen nur aus einem Bett und einem kleinen Schrank mit Kaffeemaschine und einem Stuhl. Abgesehen davon fehlte es nahezu vollständig an Dekoration. Mehrere Ecken standen komplett leer, was dem Raum, insbesondere in Kombination mit der Aussicht, ein sehr ungemütliches und unkreatives Ambiente verlieh.

Die Lichtschalter waren absolut nicht intuitiv bedienbar und unnötig kompliziert.

Die Dusche tropfte nach der Benutzung noch stundenlang weiter.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar zentral, befindet sich jedoch nicht in einer besonders schönen oder einladenden Umgebung.

Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Sternehotels eine absolute Frechheit: Über 50 € pro Person für überwiegend fertiges Gebäck und eine äußerst minimale Auswahl. Sogar in manchem Ibis-Hotel erhält man ein deutlich besseres Angebot. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schockierend und einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in keiner Weise würdig

Das Hotel selbst sowie die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht auf fünf Sterne Niveau. Die Speisen im Restaurant zum Abendessen haben uns nicht geschmeckt.

Perfektes Hotel kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Perfektes Hotel, schönes Zimmer und sogar ein Upgrade bekommen! Frühstück war super und alles auf hohen Niveau. Inkludierte minibar und besonders der Empfang war besonders.

Cons:

Preis für den spa viel zu hoch.

Живёшь как на вокзале шум от трамваев и метро ужасный почти всю ночь
