Problems with the internet access.

Schönes kleines Hotel wo sich um dem Gast gekümmert wird.Sehr freundliches Personal
die alle Fragen beantwortet haben.Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber und gepflegt.Das Frühstück war auch gut.Gerne noch einmal.

Der neue Bettmatratzentyp finde ich nicht so gut, die älteren Bettmatratzen waren besser. Deshalb auch die Gesamtbewertung 'gut'.

What a wonderful stay at the Hotel Brack. It was extremely convenient to access Oktoberfest (5 min walk), and the subway station was literally only steps from the front door, making it perfect for exploring the rest of the city. Only 30 min stroll down to old town if you prefer to walk. Most importantly though the staff were phenomenal. Frank was a delight throughout the stay and booking process. Gina, Ibrahim and Jonathan were extremely pleasant and helpful, able to address any needs we had (thanks Gina for the Paulaner dinner suggestion!!). Breakfast was great and the restaurant staff very friendly. I Can't say enough good about this place! Only suggestion is to bring earplugs as there were a lot of sirens going by the week we were there, likely more of an issue during Oktoberfest. Thanks Frank and team and see you next time!!

My room safe-box was tiny. Laptop can't fit.
The front desk safe-box was not available to me.
A little bit smelly when you enter, not too terrible tho.

Der Empfang ist professionell und herzlich, ich bekam alle nötigen Informationen und fühlte mich sehr wohl und sicher. Beim Frühstück wurde auf meine Extra-Wünsche (Thomate und Gurke statt Wurst und Käse) eingegangen. Somit hatte ich ein vorzügliches Frühstück zu einem mehr als angemessenem Preis. Es gibt von Allem reichlich, mit einem Lächeln serviert.
Herzlichen Dank an Alle, ich komme gerne wieder!

Überragendes Frühstück!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war toll. Einzig die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Right next to the metro. Nice stuff and a clean place. Ideal for a short trip or if you only go to the hotel to sleep

Dieses Hotel hat ein tolles Frühstück und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit .Der Service am Empfang beim Check IN ist ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen

This hotel is definitely not worth the rating it’s given online. Trits very old, small rooms, small bathroom and everything just out dated. When I started there it was hot outside but could not open window and road was too noisy. Rooms smells of smoke as well. Breakfast is nothing to rave about.

Three subway stops from Marienplatz (about 6 min), kind people, good breakfast included, very clean room, good wifi.
I really appreciated the kindness of people. The breakfast is served, you have options with eggs, bread, jam, honey, fruit salad, cappuccino, yogurt, muesli, coffee, tea, and you can ask for more if you like. Very good level of cleanliness. Easy to reach from the city center, I was able to go back to the room if needed and then back again to the city center.

The surroundings do not offer much but this hotel is a good quality/price compromise.

The hotel is bright and has a feel of family run rather than chain. The staff were first class and the parking made it really easy. I can on the '8' down from Stuttgart and it was really easy to find. Great breakfast.

Stayed here 1 night with 3 adults in a triple room. Chose it for the location with parking and it did not disappoint! Easy to get around. Breakfast was included and great! It was sit-down instead of a typical buffet, but still just as quick as a buffet and we were able to have freshly made omelettes.
