Pure luxury stay, above and beyond expectations
Pros:

The property is stunning, staff is amazing and their attention to detail is absolutely incredible. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. I would like to thank Yana from the pool/spa area for her incredible hospitality and kindness towards myself and my husband. She spent time to explain everything and treats everyone at the spa area like royalty. We had breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. We stay at many 5 stars hotels throughout the year but this one exceeded all expectations.

Cons:

Nothing

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, but be prepared to wait for your deposit.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was wonderful, the room was incredible!

Cons:

Its been a month since I stayed there and I'm STILL waiting for them to reverse my deposit, front desk said it would take 14 working days. Considering its 250 EUR a night deposit, I feel cheated.
