The bed was not comfartable, pillows were not comfartable either. My room was in the First floor after lobby that's why it was very dark.

Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hervorragendes Bett, tolles Frühstück und perfekte Lage im Zentrum.

The deposit they take is very high , it is almost half price of the total price of my stay, i paid the deposit cash because i don't want to wait long time to get the money back to my card with high amount , but i was surprised when i make check out they don't have cash for safety reason! Which is disappointing

When I check out and deposit 5luggages for return to pick up in2hrs,but all of them lost because the staff sent them to other tour car which go to Austria

die Lage, genau gegenüber vom Parkhaus, dort wird jede Nacht eine Stunde mit einem Reinigungswagen das Parkhaus gereinigt, das ist sehr laut

Sehr schönes Hotel, das mit den meisten anderen 5* Hotels in München absolut mithalten kann
Pros:

Der Eingangsbereich des ehemaligen Bankgebäudes ist wirklich beeindruckend!
Der Check-in war schnell und freundlich, wie das ganze Team sehr freundlich war! Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber, ordentlich und modern, da gibt es keinerlei Kritikpunkte!
Der Poolbereich im zweiten Untergeschoss war trotz einiger Gäste ruhig und entspannend!
Die Lage des Hotels: ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Marienplatz, also ideal für den Besuch der Innenstadt!

Cons:

Wir haben in unserem "Grand premier room" den Schrank für Kleider vermisst, das war trotz des großen Zimmers etwas wenig Staurum.
Ausserdem sind die Angaben der Zusatzkosten -für uns- undurchsichtig: laut Booking-Seite kostet ein Frühstück 50 Euro, auf der Frühstückskarte wird a-la-Carte berechnet. Da hätte wir gerne zuverlässigere Angaben.
