Pros:

Otele rezervasyon yapmadan önce havanın soğuk olması nedeniyle ısıtma olup olmadığını sordum. Odaların çok sıcak olduğunu belirttiler. Giriş yaptığım sırada kalabalık bir tur grubu vardı ve odalardaki kaloriferler çalışıyordu oda sıcaktı. Çevreyi gezmek için otelden ayrıldım. Akşam geri döndüğümde odadaki kalorifer çalışmıyordu. Klima da çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyona durumu ilettiğimde klimanın çalıştığı başka bir odaya almak istedi. Ancak odaya yerleştiğimi ve sadece 1 gece konaklayacağımı belirterek kaloriferi açmalarını rica ettim. Zor da olsa kaloriferi açtılar. Bu durum hoşuma gitmedi. Onun dışında otelin yeri merkezi ve sıcak suyu bolca var. Ancak oda temizliği pek iyi değildi. Yerlerde çok fazla toz vardı. Tekrar konaklamayı tercih etmem.

Fiyat performans olarak nitelendirilebilecek bir oteldi temizlik ve hijyen güzeldi havluları odaları yatakları temizdi oda içerisinde ketılın ve yanında çay kahvenin de olması güzeldi

Otel cok issiz yerde yer almaktadir girer girmez resepsiyondaki gunduz kisiler tarafindan sıkınti cikti odami tek kisilik tuttum elimdeki esyalari yukari cikarmaya arkadasim yardim edecekti yukari cikmalarina izin vermediler buna karsi odayi buyutmek istedik 2 kisilik yapin fiyat farkini verelim dedim onuda kabul etmediler zaten zorla calisiyorlar gibiydi soru sormaya bile gelmiyor suratlari bes karis oda temizdi memnun kaldim hersey yeniydi okadar yatirim yapilmis 2 tane personel yuzunden daha cok musteri kaybedersiniz normalde 10 gun konaklama yapicaktim bu olumsuzluklardan sonra ertesi gun cikis yapip nevali otele gectim iykide gecmisim

Staff were very friendly & helpful despite no English at all.

Room was well appointed.

BUT,

Reception and halls like a factory. Grey and no paintings or embellishments at all.

Breakfast fairly limited and guest smoking occurring without restraint.

Not enough water in room and, instead of a large water dispenser at breakfast, multiple tiny plastic water containers used (very inconvenient and terrible for the environment
