Location was great for getting around Ginza and so close to the train station. Staff were excellent - always so willing to help. Very clean and good amenities.
Not so much that we didn’t like it, but the rooms were very tiny which was a bit tricky either way luggage. However we were only staying overnight before heading to the airport the next day. For a longer stay I would want more space.
Top Lage. Von der Tokyo Station kommt man überall hin. Hotelpersonal war durchgängig extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer sind extrem klein. Nicht mal Platz für einen Koffer aber das ist in Japan ja üblich.
Overall style is cool - clean and very good sized room in a good location. Easy to get around Ginza and to the station.
The room I got was not what was advertised in the picture. I chose the room type specifically due to how the windows were shown and overall vibe of layout so was very disappointed to have a different layout, not the same widows as shown and on top of that the window I did have faced a wall.
Facilities are much smaller than they present and was layout strange- not a place to relax. Breakfast also looked very limited and expensive- you dont even get free coffee in the room so I had to go to 7/11 or pay 4 times as much downstairs.
The check in was great!!! The front desk staff were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure you had all the information you needed for your stay. I was so grateful - the front desk staff even ordered a taxi for me (i had two big suitcases and no app to order a taxi) and it was raining that day. So just that task alone made a huge difference for a stressed out traveller.

The room was slightly small, I had a big luggage so it was a bit of challenge to find space in the room to open the luggage but it was manageable at the end

Friendly and supportive staff, convenient location (a 10–15 minute walk to both the Narita Airport bus terminal and Ginza), clean facilities, and reasonable prices.
The room was tiny and offered no view—you can literally see inside the building across from the hotel, so I had to keep the blinds closed at night.
