Can find cheaper and bigger rooms in other hotels
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

You need to go to the second floor to get water. Our room didn't have coffee. The room was too small. Found bigger rooms in cheaper hotels but our group of friends was staying here and it would be difficult to go to another hotel.

Fantastic and smooth trip!
Pros:

The building itself was beautiful and had a great theme throughout. The Two of a kind room was perfect for my family of 3, I liked that there were sliding doors that separated the space for a bit more privacy. The luggage storage was a very nice addition as well since our flights were much later than our checkout time and it allowed us to explore without worrying about our bags.

Cons:

Honestly there are no complaints! Maybe if there could be a water station on our floor or having a freezer in the room but other than that it was great.

Great location and good facilities!
Pros:

7-10min walk from Tokyo station. Other metro stations close by.
Loved that we had a washer/dryer (with laundry detergent) in the room.
Friendly English-speaking staff.

Cool Hotel in Ginza right next to the major shopping area
Pros:

Very cute room with super comfortable bed and enough space for one person and luggage. They waited for me since I had to check in in the middle of the night and even offered me some snacks.

Cons:

A bit expensive but otherwise everything was very nice

Good location in a quiet area
Pros:

Hotel is very close to the Tokyo Train station aprox 10min walking. It’s a quiet area with some restaurants and 7 eleven near the hotel.Room “single studio”size was ok for a single traveler. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is new and clean.

Cons:

Room had a shower. One huge downside was the heating. In February was cold and room temperature couldn’t be adjusted. I was freezing.

Central location, easy to find from Tokyo station. Very close to convenience stores and cafes. Room was spacious enough for short stay. Amenities provided were very good.

Cons:

Air conditioning centrally operated so unable to adjust temperature in individual rooms.

Le personnel extrêmement sympathique et serviable, la décoration des chambres qui change de ce qu’on trouve habituellement au Japon, les tables près de l’accueil, idéal pour travailler un petit peu.
