Very enjoyable, and staff worked hard and were very helpful in making it a good stay.
Pros:

Location was good; less than a block from the Tokyo Metro. Bed was comfy, bathroom was good.

Cons:

Room was a little small; had to do some rearranging to get suitcase open.

It was relaxing and everything we needed.
Pros:

The room was small but cute and arranged in a way that made it feel spatious. It was close to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo. There was a 7/11 around the corner good for an early morning coffee.

Excelente hospedagem, recomendo fortemente.
Pros:

Localização: ao lado de 2 linhas de metrô. Bairro tranquilo.
Funcionários: excelente staff! Me ajudaram na solicitação de táxi para a estação, bem como guardaram as malas durante a minha viagem a outras cidades.
Limpeza ótima, instalações novas, áreas comuns como a lavanderia e copa muito boas e funcionais.
Cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo. O espaço embaixo da cama é muito funcional pois as malas podem ser facilmente acomodadas ali.

Compact hotel, good for non-driving guests.
Pros:

Staffs are friendly and helpful, the hotel is quite compact and neat, location is strategically near to Ginza and train station. Easy to get amenities and foods.

Cons:

The room is super tiny, hard to find place to open 2 luggage, not suitable for larger size guest. No car park. Lobby space is limited, often lack of gathering space for large group of people; unless reserve in advance.

Great Location
Pros:

The location of this property is great. Right next to 7/11 and train stations. Short walk into main area of Ginza. Accomodating staff. Clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but that’s normal for Tokyo.

Cons:

Just really small things which may not be important to others but the washer dryer is on the reception level so you can’t do a sneaky early morning or late night pyjama run to wash clothing without going through reception area. No stair access to the levels so you have to wait for lifts.
