Cons:

Loved everything but didn't feel that clean towels every day were necessary. Every 2 days would be perfectly adequate. Better for the environment.

Pros:

仙台駅近にある別のココホテルにも伺ったがどちらも良かった。
特に朝食は大変満足できた。少し待ち時間はあったがスタッフの方も迅速な対応を感じることができた。
不満点や改善点は特に感じない。また泊まろうと思えるホテルであった。

快適なホテルです
Pros:

全てが綺麗です。清掃が行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごせました。お部屋がフローリングなのもよかった。部屋内にマッサージチェアがあるのが珍しい！ゆったり過ごすことができました。
朝食も美味しかった。牛タンカレーがイチ押しです。ゴロゴロお肉が入ってて、スパイシーな本格カレーで美味しかった。

Cons:

チェックアウト後、部屋に私物を忘れたことに気づき、フロントの女性スタッフさんに相談して取りに戻る事ができました。ルームキーを返しお礼を言うと、その案内くださったフロントの女性スタッフさんは「良かったです！ありがとうございました。いってらっしゃいませ」と最初の対応から見送りまで終始気持ちよくご対応くださいましたが、隣にいた男性スタッフが「何？」と怪訝な顔でこちらを一瞥し、こちらには何の挨拶もなく女性スタッフに今回の対応を確認し始めました。
それって客が帰ってからやればいいのでは？私も接客業なので職業病かもしれませんが、まずは挨拶くらいして欲しかったです。あなたに対応してもらった訳ではありませんがフロントスタッフとして、別の客の対応をしていない時は「いってらっしゃいませ」の一言があると気持ちいいのに。こちらに不審な目を向けずにさ。と最後の最後で残念な思いをしてしまいました。
