The staff were incredibly kind and took great care of us. The apartment was lovely, with two separate bedrooms, and it was very well soundproofed. The location was also great: situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The metro station was only a couple of minutes’ walk away and everything was at max 30 minutes distance. We loved our stay!

It’s close to convenience stores and train station and easy travel to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Quieter neighbourhood which was really lovely!

It is in a quiet location with a train station close by and plenty of restaurants, Lawsons and 7 elevens. The rooms are spacious and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything. It’s our second time staying in and it has everything we wanted. Big thank you to all staff who accommodated us and were extremely flexible with us!

The size of the room is very comfortable for 4 adults.
Having a good washer with drying function is handy.

This property is perfect for families. We had the two bedroom with a balcony and there was plenty of space for our family to come back and relax after a big days of exploring. It’s also close to Asakusa and Ginza and close to the train line.

Staff at the property are so warm and welcoming and took the time to show us how to use everything in the property even when we checked in quite late.

The hotel is also near a number of local food eateries and convenience stores. We had an excellent ramen about 3 min walk away!

Absolutely loved our stay at East Square Tokyo and got to experience a quieter side to Tokyo than the hustle and bustle of other areas.

Check in was really easy and front desk staff was very friendly and showed us to our room and how to use everything that we would need. Room was very clean and comfortable. A little small for a family of 5 but expected in Japan. Had free water and coffee with snacks in the main lobby. Location was great as it was close to a couple of train stations, probably like a 3 min walk which got us to places we wanted to go to.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel de Tokio fue realmente inolvidable, y gran parte de ello se lo debemos al maravilloso equipo que nos atendió, en especial Yu, quien fue increíblemente simpático y divertido con nosotros. Además, nos recomendó varios sitios estupendos cerca del hotel para desayunar y cenar, que disfrutamos muchísimo. Muchísimas gracias!

La habitación era preciosa, en estilo japonés moderno, cálida y acogedora, con dos dormitorios separados por puertas correderas, un espacio para la mesa y otro más elevado con un tatami. Nos encantaron las luces indirectas bajo las camas, y los yukatas. Una maravilla! La cocina estaba muy bien equipada.

Por último, destacar también la ubicación del hotel, muy cerca de la estación de metro y en una zona con muchos restaurantes y supermercados. Muy cómoda para moverse por Tokio y con todo lo necesario a pocos pasos.

Volveremos!

Bardzo wygodny i czysty hotelik w przyjemnej części Tokio. Ze względu na położenie bezpośrednio przy stacji metra stanowi doskonałą bazę wypadową do zwiedzania miasta. Znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, wśród niskiej zabudowy mieszkalnej, w niewielkiej odległości od licznych sklepów i restauracji. Apartament (dwie sypialnie, salonik i kuchnia) był czysty, kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty oraz z pralkę z doskonale działająca suszarką. Na szczególne podkreślenie zasługuje profesjonalizm obsługi hotelowej. Dziękujemy Yu za jego pomoc, uprzejmość i poczucie humoru.

房間有桌子可以買點心回來吃，也有簡單的廚房。
有洗衣機附烘乾！
附近有高分拉麵，不住這裡大概沒機會去吃。
