Beautiful staff and great location
Pros:

The staff were all exceptional, so helpful and kind, and they all went above and beyond. The location was perfect, literally metres from the train and a short taxi ride to the harbour. The rooms had everything required for an easy stay, fully equipped.

Cons:

The pillows - I couldn’t get used to the ridged buckwheat and harder pillows

We loved our room and stay, YU at the front was awesome. Will return.

The property was near a family mart and not far for May attractions. YU at the front was so nice and helpful, we really loved our stay.

We were glad we returned.
Pros:

The staff are always helpful and welcoming. The rooms clean, tidy and well equipped. The hotel is located near to a station - so one can go anywhere in Japan - and we went to Nikko and Fuji and Narita and Haneda airports with ease. There are many small places to eat close by - including one with outstanding soba noodles! It was also a haven during the heatwave.

Pros:

6人一部屋で泊まれて、お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。
チェックインの情報はチェックイン前に登録していたのでスムーズでした。
ホームページに記載はありませんが、パジャマを置いてくれているので荷物を少なくできて良かったです。

Cons:

私たちは特に問題ありませんでしたが、お風呂はシャワーのみでした。
ベビーカーが大きく置くスペースに困りました。
ベランダに屋根がついているのでベランダに置きました。
