We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very functional, comfortable, and well organized, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the hotel had everything we needed.
What really made the difference was the fantastic staff — incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were always ready to assist and made us feel very well taken care of.
A great combination of comfort, practicality, excellent service, and good value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

非常乾淨整潔的家庭空間。而且提供了超棒的洗脫烘洗衣機，建議廚房，讓我們有就像回到家一樣的放鬆渡假的感覺。而且服務接待非常的友善，對需求耐心提供協助，真的是超級感恩的！

Everything. Very spacious for a family of four with ample space to place 4 luggages. Nice furniture. Comfortable air con and mattress. There's also tatami but we didn't see the extra sheet so we didn't set it up to try. Location is great and close to train station to get to other places. Staff is great and helpful. The best is the washer-dryer combo. No need to worry about hanging laundry after a long day.

가족과 4명에서 다녀왔습니다. 최고의 경험이었습니다.

직원 - 친절합니다. 매일 직원이 바뀌었지만 모든 직원분들이 다 친절했습니다. 소통도 번역기 위주로 했기 때문에 큰 어려움은 없었습니다.

위치 - 좋습니다. 모리시타 역에서 걸어서 2분 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 근처에는 대형 마트도 있고 편의점도 가깝습니다.

외관 - 예쁩니다. 비즈니스 호텔이 아닌 전통 일본식 숙소를 보는 느낌이었습니다. 자그마한 다다미방도 있어 더 일본 느낌이 들었습니다.

시설 - 좋았습니다. 와이파이, TV, 냉장고, 세탁기, 전자레인지, 전기레인지, 포트, 접시, 수저,포크, 베란다, 1인용 침대 2개가 있는 방 2개, 다다미방, 거실엔 7명이 앉을 수 있을 법한 테이블이 있었습니다. 엄청 넓지는 않지만 좁다는 느낌은 들지 않았습니다.

수면 - 좋았습니다. 침대는 푹신해서 잠이 솔솔 왔습니다. 다다미방에 매트릭스와 이불이 들어있어 4명이면 한 명당 한 방에서 잘 수도 있습니다. 잘하면 8명이 잘 수도 있을 것 같았습니다.

청소 - 깔끔합니다. 오전에 외출을 하고 저녁 쯤에 돌아와보면 매일 새 숙소에 들어가는 느낌을 받았습니다.

서비스 - 좋았습니다. 체크인 전에 짐을 맡겨놓으면 체크인 시간에 숙소로 짐을 가져다 놓아줍니다. 플로어에 정수기가 있고 간단한 다과를 제공합니다. 요청하면 세탁 세제를 더 제공합니다. 와이파이는 3명이 동시에 유튜브를 봤을 때 약간 버벅였습니다.

가격 - 도쿄 거의 한가운데에 이정도의 서비스와 크기를 제공하는 호텔이 하루에 30만원대면 나쁘지 않다 생각합니다.

총평 - 한 번 더 4인 이상 도쿄 여행 시 재방문 의사 100%입니다. 도쿄 여행을 좋은 경험으로 만들어줘서 감사합니다.

Grosszügiges Apartment für 4 Personen, sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

This is a belated review for our stay in June 2026. It was our third time staying at East Square Tokyo. As always, we were very satisfied with our stay. Location is convenient (well connected by subway), the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was nicely set up. The extra pillows that I asked for were placed on the beds before we checked in, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the previous feedback that I gave was taken into account and implemented! (I had provided feedback that it would be helpful if the hotel provided an extra saucepan and drying cloths for the kitchenette area.) This time round, we also made use of the luggage courier service (sending our luggage to Narita airport a day in advance before our departure date). The counter staff (all of whom are conversant in English), and especially Yu-san, guided us on how to go about registering for the courier service and everything worked out well. (I think this luggage courier service will be our new default for future trips!) Last but not least, it's always a pleasure to catch up with Yu-san during each of our stays. His hospitality is genuine and comes from the heart, and it shows in the care and service that we received. We looking forward to a fourth stay!

Posizione ottima a 150 metri dalla metro.
Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Really like this space, the location is nice and quiet and yet it’s not too far from the city, the room are very nice with a dinning area and living room. Perfect for families
