Great location, warm and welcoming staff, perfect for traveling families with kids/babies.

The staff are always helpful and welcoming. The rooms clean, tidy and well equipped. The hotel is located near to a station - so one can go anywhere in Japan - and we went to Nikko and Fuji and Narita and Haneda airports with ease. There are many small places to eat close by - including one with outstanding soba noodles! It was also a haven during the heatwave.

ホームページに記載はありませんが、パジャマを置いてくれているので荷物を少なくできて良かったです。

The staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They have complimentary snacks, water, and free detergent as well. Their washing machine has a built in dryer which was very convenient. They also have iron upon request.

The location is quiet and clean. It’s great! Near convenient stores, the subway station, and a supermarket around 10 mins walking.

The kindness and helpfulness of the staff was deeply appreciated.

Beautiful design throughout the building, and the rooms are very spacious.

1.The excellent staff who ensured that we had a pleasant stay. They are friendly and thoughtful. For example, on the days that were really cold, they gave us small heat pads when we met them on the way out.
2. The unit was able to accommodate my family of 5. We had lots of fun being able to stay together. If we had stayed in a typical hotel, we would have to stay in 2 different units. The unit is clean, beds comfortable & surroundings quiet.
3. The location is 5 mins by walking to Morista Station which served 2 train lines only= Shinjuku & Oedo. They are good enough to travel to anywhere in Tokyo.

i really happy with my stay in the hotel , the facilities was always clean , staff very friendly , i don't have much to said about that ,, but i only have a complain about a situation i had , if the hotel offers a telephone number in case something happens in the property ,on December 31 we have an inconvenient with the code they give you to entry to our room , we call a soonest we arrive to the property and realize that we don't have the code , that was around 11pm , and nobody answer respond our phone call ( and i will said we call around 50n times) , we had call almost all night for help and nobody respond the number and unfortunately for this reason we had to sleep on the floor!!! in one area they have design for get coffee and snacks ,, that was very frustrated and upset we had plans to celebrate new years we bring food to share wit my family we were so happy ,, and because of this we can not , kids was crying and sad t and nobody help us, also see my kids sleeping on the floor ,without any cover , tempeture was very low was very cool!!i can not explain how we feel ,!! only until 7am we where in that place
until the manager arrive and see us on the floor, and give us the solution we was looking all night , she was surprise and consent but at that time was nothing will make us feel good ,, i just want to be clear , if is and emergency number , that number needs to be respond and be handle with responsibility to avoid situations like that or may be something worse .

Our family stayed in a two-bedroom unit for five days at this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the location was very convenient—close to almost everything you might need.
