Overall I would recommend my friends to your hotel when coming to Osaka and for my next trip here
Pros:

Location was excellent and the free beverages were helpful, staff courtesy at its high level only thing is the room is small and tight.

Cons:

Size of room and bathroom should be a bit bigger
