Pros:

お部屋を綺麗に、毎日掃除して頂き快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

ランドリーが滞在中、1回も使えず2階にわざわざ何度も下りたのに使えないのは困る。最低、2台は欲しい。今度から、2階にアサインしてもらおうか考えさせられた。

Pros:

専用バスルームがあり、シャンプーやドライヤー、洗顔などアメニティに困らなかったこと。
デスクも広く、冷蔵庫も使えるのは良かった。
連泊時、ゴミ掃除や部屋着とタオルも毎日替えてくれるのはありがたかった。
接客もとても丁寧で、わからないところもすぐ対応し助けてくれました。

Cons:

部屋のドアが古いのか木がボロボロになってたところ。
洗濯機のエラーの説明がもう少し見やすいと良い。

アメニティがすくない
隣の部屋？のいびきが聞こえる
連泊だったが10:00にノックされ起こされる、ゴミ袋とタオルを変えるために11:00にまた起こされる
