Overall good stay but would likely find a different hotel for next Kyoto stay
Pros:

Room was spacious, deck was nice, room clean and service for room very good.

Cons:

The lobby seemed like a budget hotel. Not enough washers/dryers for how many rooms

必要なものがちゃんと揃っており、とても快適でした。
Pros:

ベッドが4台使えたこと！スタッフもフレンドリーで良かったです。観光地から近いので、ロビーのドリンクバーで休憩出来るのも助かりました。

Cons:

駐車場が使えてよかったが、もう少しだけ安いと助かります。

Wonderful Kyoto Hotel
Pros:

The front desk staff were wonderful. The room was spacious and bright with a lot of sunlight. The shower pressure was one the best so far in Japan. I liked the fact that we had a microwave, and if we wanted we could use the stove top.

Cons:

I would have liked disposable slippers.

Warm stay in Kyoto
Pros:

We chose the terrace room with the sauna - we voted this our best bathroom among 4 total hotels in Japan. What also sets this hotel apart was the warmth of the front desk team - each one of them helpful, interested and delightful to interact with. Love the complimentary coffees and matcha too. Great location - easy access to all that Kyoto has to offer.

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location right in Gion. Modern clean hotel. Staff speaks English which is hard to find in Japan. 24h free laundry. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but they make great eggs on order
