Nice, central, small hotel, but don’t book the breakfast!
Pros:

Location was great. Relatively ventral in the old town. Close to public transport (bus stop) and also a supermarket. Rooms were nice and new.

Cons:

The breakfast. Do not book it. Not worth it at all. Had it the first day. From the second day onwards, we ended up going to the supermarket to buy what we needed. The CV only good thing was the 24/7 coffee.

We loved our stay at Gion elite terrace. We would come again and recommend it to anyone staying in Kyoto.
Pros:

The rooms were excellent. The beds are very comfortable. Location is fantastic. The coffee machine in the lobby is excellent.

The location is great. It is short walk to Kiyomizudera and Gion district. There's a lawson and 7-11 just outside the street. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly.

Hôtel très agréable, confortable, très bien placé pour visiter Kyōto car central.
Literie confortable. Chambre propre.
Le plus: machine à laver et singe linge gratuitement à disposition.
Personnel très accueillant.

Location is excellent. Facilities good. Very comfortable and convientent.

Cons:

It was hard to access the washing machines. Seem to always be in use. Not sure it was always people staying there. Perhaps doing commercial washing??

Pros:

Beautiful and well kept hotel. The sauna and oxygen bubble bath tub were wonderful. Most importantly the service was excellent. Will stay here again next time we visit Kyoto.
