Amazing hotel with a sense a traditional Japanese values and home decor with a friendly fusion of modernism!
Pros:

Hotel is the perfect mix of modern commodities and what you would find in a traditional Japanese home! Staff is very friendly and welcoming to every single guest that walks through the door!! Hotel is very clean and the location is more than perfect! You leave this hotel sad because of how much you fall in love with it!

Enjoyable stay in the Gion District.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in the Gion district. Our room was spacious, had a balcony and a view down the street.
The staff were friendly. There was a coffee station in the entrance with free coffee, tea and water available, and biscuits.
A bus stop was nearby with buses to the centre.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

The staff was awesome and the room was fantastic. We got the tatami mat and that was perfect for two small kids. The room has black out windows which is absolutely awesome.

Une de mes meilleures expériences d'hôtel au Japon
Pros:

-Les équipements de l'hôtel (boissons chaudes, nécessaires de voyage, laverie...), bien pensés pour le confort et le plaisir des clients, et accessibles 24h/24
-Un personnel attentionné, agréable et disponible. Du personnel anglophone, ce qui peut être rassurant pour les personnes ne parlant pas japonais
-Une chambre exceptionnelle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, extrêmement confortable et bien équipée
-Un panneau de contrôle des rideaux, volets et lumières situé près du lit qui est vraiment très plaisant à utiliser
-Une cabine de salle de bain immaculée et confortable
-La possibilité de changer les serviettes tous les jours, un caprice que je me suis permis avec beaucoup de plaisir
-L'emplacement absolument parfait à Gion. J'ai pu croiser une geiko en rentrant à l'hôtel et, me permettant un bref coup d'oeil discret sans m'arrêter, j'en garderai un souvenir impérissable

Cons:

-La zone fumeur manque d'aspiration et de désodorisant. Je comprends néanmoins que ce soit difficile. Les sièges sont assez rudimentaires
-Nous sommes au Japon et la langue fait partie de l'immersion, j'aurais aimé qu'on me laisse le choix plutôt que de m'orienter immédiatement vers un occidental du fait que je sois français. Ce n'est qu'un petit détail qui n'était cependant pas amené de manière irrespectueuse
-L'absence d'onsen, tellement dommage. Au vu de la qualité de l'hôtel, j'imagine qu'il aurait été superbe. Heureusement, il y a des sento agréables à Kyoto, et même Fu Fu no yu onsen qui mérite le détour !
