Pros:

The location could not be better, tucked down a side street, close to Yasaka Pagoda, Keninji and Gion. Walking distance to the main shopping quarter. Sauna in bedroom and bonus

Hard to beat the location, perfectly for families
Pros:

The location of this hotel could not be better. The quaint streets of Ginza are on the doorstep but the street itself is quiet. The room was very spacious, we had a sauna in the room which was sold bonus. Breakfast was pleasant

Good location.
Pros:

Indoor sauna, size of room and the balcony. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Cleanliness not up to the standard as other places in Japan (e.g. dust balls under the furniture). No cutlery in kichenette. Breakfast when you paid for it was meagre.

Great and authentic. A simple western breakfast option for children would have been great too.

Cons:

I thought we would see Mt Fuji from our room view as the photos on Booking.com had suggested. It should be clearly mentioned that you can only see Fuji from the 5th foor patio view.

Sparkling, efficient, well-located spot
Pros:

Amazing location - slightly off of the main streets but 2-3 minute walk to temples, the shopping streets, the side lanterned streets. Exceptionally clean, wonderful front desk staff, roomy room and very chill vibe.
