The view was superb and the location amazing. Our room was great, little touches everywhere. Loved it. We arrived at night and it was really cold and they gave us a warm lemon drink while we sat and sorted ourselves out. A little expensive but we did choose to stay in a really nice room. Anyway, worth it. And just to reiterate it, the view was superb!

The amazing people who work at Bellustar provided me with such excellent service. The hotel room has a breathtaking view. I only wish i could have stayed longer. This will be my Hotel of choice every time I am staying in Shinjuku.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are huge. Every room has an amazing view. Every room has a huge bath tub. We stayed as a couple for 6 nights during Thanksgiving.

The breakfast is incredible- I highly recommend booking a rate with breakfast included. You have the option to get a Western breakfast at the restaurant, where you can order an unlimited quantity of anything off the menu. OR you can pre-order room service, where you can select a Japanese or Western breakfast, and schedule that for delivery at a specified time.

There's a lounge that's open 8am-8pm. This lounge is free and includes beverages and small tiny packaged snacks. One night they had hors d'oeuvres and served champagne. Every night you can get self-serve beer and a sparkling alcoholic beverage for a couple hours in the evening. The all-day beverages are similar to what's available in your mini bar (except free).

The pajamas are amazing. I purchased a set for 19,800 yen. I wish I purchased the essential oils they sell in the lobby too.

The TV gives you lots of info on the hotel. You can borrow things like a hair straightener, and even workout clothes and shoes.

The surrounding area is a bit odd, but definitely not unsafe. The walk to Shinjuku station is approx 10 min. There is an airport bus stop right below the hotel, but unfortunately it doesn't come very frequently.

There is only 1 elevator that takes you to the lobby of the hotel from the ground floor. You could take the 3 elevators that take you to the Hotel Groove lobby, and then walk over to the gym, where there is a unmarked door that takes you to the Bellustar lobby, but this took me forever to figure out.

This was truly a 5 star experience. The hotel service was amazing.

Bellustar Hotel Tokyo – Corner Suite 4016

Nous tenions à exprimer toute notre gratitude envers le Bellustar Hotel pour ce séjour absolument exceptionnel passé en amoureux.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été irréprochable. Du rez-de-chaussée jusqu’au 46ᵉ étage, chaque membre du personnel se montre prévenant, professionnel et chaleureux. L’hôtel offre des prestations dignes des plus beaux établissements du monde.

La Corner Suite 4016 dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était tout simplement incroyable : un espace d’exception, une atmosphère intime et une vue à couper le souffle depuis le 40ᵉ étage. Une expérience magique que nous ne sommes pas près d’oublier.

Concernant le service, tout a été parfait. Nos bagages, arrivés plusieurs jours avant nous, ont été pris en charge avec une précision remarquable et nous avons été informés de leur réception. Nous avions également réservé un soin de 60 minutes au spa : un moment fabuleux, un luxe absolu, idéal pour un séjour romantique.

Le restaurant reflète à la perfection l’excellence de l’hôtel : cuisine de grande qualité, petit-déjeuner à la carte délicieux, et une vue spectaculaire qui sublime chaque instant.

Enfin, un immense merci à l’ensemble du personnel – de l’accueil jusqu’au penthouse – pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur attention constante.

Ce séjour fut tout simplement fabuleux. Le Bellustar mérite sans aucun doute les plus grands éloges et nous espérons avoir la chance de revenir un jour.

Everything. Service, food, hotel room. Perfect.
