地點鄰近JR札幌站，交通非常方便，周圍生活機能佳，便利商店、速食店、各種類型的餐飲店小吃店，選擇眾多，房間不大，但該有的都有，居住六天感到溫馨舒適，另，房主人對於問題的回覆很迅速。
