Numa Munich Blend

Very very cool place! Remote checkin was a breeze! Very courteous and detail oriented. Made me extremely comfortable. Room was fantastic! Best of our trip!

Initial room had a sewage odor and the bathroom fan had fallen off the wall. We called Numa who offered us a change in room though it was smaller. We requested a late check out and asked for the fee to be waved due to the inconvenience which was denied.

Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. We booked for four people, yet the pull-out bed didn't have the needed sheets, and there were only two towels. One of the railings across a window, which enables the black out curtain to cover the window over night, was missing - looked like it had been torn out of the wall. Only 1/4 of the towel heater in the bathroom actually worked. Disappointing stay.

Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious for us to have both of our suitcases open. Modern shower was a nice comfort to have. Enjoyed that we could do laundry on the property and was easy enough to figure out.

Everything was perfect.

I had an excellent experience at Numa. The rooms were impeccably clean, the online service was always available, is a great place to stay . The location is very convenient, close to major attractions of the city.One small thing to keep in mind is that Numa does not have its own parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient apartment, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need.
Particularly good communication from the central office. Helpful info was pre-prepared and well designed for every step. Then when we had a specific question, a real person picked up the enquiry quickly and clearly. They promptly moved us to another apartment in the same block, so our problem was solved smoothly. We will look for Numa apartments again.

Property was safe, secure and spacious. Very well equipped with a kitchenette, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery and dishes etc. 2 hob rings and microwave available too. Bed and pillows really comfortable. Also luggage lockers available on day of arrival and departure. A

Mediocre property with no character, sketchy neighborhood but safe, hands off property, never met or spoke to an actual person. Most importantly, WAY overpriced by an order of magnitude.

Apartment was ideal for what we needed. The area surrounding is a bit rough at night but obviously Numa can’t control that.
Completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay with them again.

No flexibility whatsoever. Called one hour after the cutoff for changes, no changes accepted. Very hard to get a person on the phone. Everything via WhatsApp with very slow responses. Shower was still dirty from previous guest.
Neighborhood is not the best.
Better pay more and get a place that values their customers and provides service

My wife and I stayed in this place with my old parents. The staff wrote to us the day of the arrival that the elevator wasn't working, we saw the message after our long flight when we arrived to Munich and they said they were working to solve the problem. We got a room at the 3rd floor and my parents at the fifth floor, off course we change rooms with them. We had big and heavy bags since we were having a log trip, I had to carry all the bags my self the day we arrived and the day we left because my wife had an injury in one arm and my parents are too old to carry heavy stuff. They never fixed the elevator and it seems the didn't have the intention since we never saw people working in that. They should be honest with us and give us the possibility of cancel the booking. I felt very bad with my parents that after long days and walking a lot, we got tired to the hotel and they still have to got many stairs up.
Moreover 2 nights we couldn't sleep because very loud music, I don't know if that came from a nightclub or someone's place but it was loud music to 3am

The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm.

The property was excellent. Great location - easy access to Hauptbahnhof and Stachus. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space.
It is on a busy road and there was some noise from the club next door on the Saturday night.

Great place to book at last minute

Everything was nice and convenient for Oktoberfest. Neighborhood wasn't great but didn't have any major issues.

I reserved this on Orbiz and it said “Fully Refundable”. I tried to cancel within my time and they wouldn’t, I even had screen shots showing this and both Orbiz and Numa would not do anything to help me…

absolotly disgusting.
our room smelled like KFC and only after 1 hour got transfered to another room.
and evrything was not clean.
the area felt like i was in a dangerous country and not in Germany.
the one we stayed in Berlon was amazing.
