Pros:

従業員含めた雰囲気作りを頑張っている

Cons:

雰囲気は最初だけで消える。
外から車の音が聞こえる、起きた時の天井剥き出しのチープ感から、雰囲気は消え、通常のホテルと変わらない。
通常のホテルと変わらないため、価格に対する満足度は下がる。
チェックインチェックアウト時に、従業員が急に後ろから現れるのは、正直怖い。防犯カメラから見ているのだと思いますが、照明暗くかつ、従業員皆同じ独特の服を着ているので余計に怖い。
以上より、リピートはない。

Espectacular pero el ruido del semáforo estropeó el descanso

Cons:

El hecho de que se escucha permanentemente el pitido del semáforo. No se puede dormir bien sin tapones, es importante que el hotel pida que por la noche bajen el volumen del semáforo de al lado. Esto no es de recibo. Por las noches uno se vuelve loco con ese sonido permanente. Es importante que se pongan unas buenas cortinas que tapen la luz.

Pros:

Look no further if you are looking for a place to stay in Kanazawa. I was hesitant to book since it is not exactly by the station, but it appears to be a good thing. The hotel is really close to the samurai quarter and the castle so exploring main attractions was a breeze. Station is a short taxi ride away from the hotel. Staff is really nice and professional, doing their best to make your stay enjoyable. Room was very clean and spacious.

Pwrfection, one word !
Pros:

How beautiful it was, how lovely the staff were, the toiletries were amazing,ended up purchasing , and how convenient the location was.
The lounge area on level 2 was stuning and drinks perfect.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have the restaurant open for dinner!

Cons:

Room was dimly light, so that I found it hard to read, except in bed. One section of room was lighted only when entered; even if staying there, light turned off too soon. I did not like to make appointment breakfast. Normally I can get breakfast at other hotels in an extended time interval. « Common » area was small, narrow and seating three people.
