Clean and comfortable hotel but loud location and too light a breakfast
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

The location, albeit very close to metro I did not like since it was very loud, hearing the trains and announcements of trains as long as they drive (quite long in the night). It takes 30 min by two trains from Osaka center to reach the hotel. The breakfast is very light (salad, toast bread, four kinds of pastry, jogurt and coffee /tea), and it should be also stated in Booking as such.

The breakfast spread could have a bit more variety.
