期待はずれになってしまった。
Pros:

宿のスタッフさんは一生懸命やってくれてありがたかったです。

もう一度訪れたいという気持ちにはならなかった。
Pros:

中庭が素敵でした✨

Cons:

Netflixなどが登録しないと観られなかった。
お風呂にあるアイスキャンディーがあまり美味しく無かった。
支払った宿泊代は、もとがとれていないと思った。
最上階のラウンジに自由に飲めるドリンクバーや、魅力的なお菓子などが無く、また売店はさびれていて残念に感じた。

다다미 먼지 냄새일수도 있는데 담배냄새같이 느껴져서 조금 당황했습니다. 노후된 시설이라 어쩔 수는 없더라구요. 노천탕은 너무 밖이 환하게 보일 것 같은 느낌이라 조금 거부감 들긴 했는데 물은 매끈매끈 좋았어요.

露天風呂に入る時、ヌルヌルして…滑りそうで怖かった。

夕食も朝のバイキングも「もう一度これ食べたい」って思うものがなかった。

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Relaxing and great for my two kids! Beautiful views and very clean. Not much to do outside of the hotel because it rained during our stay. Spent most of our time on the top floor playing with my kids.

全体的に、対応が良かったです！
朝食バイキングは、おいしかったですし、席が個室的で家族で楽しめました。ただ、バイキングの並びがコーヒー、味噌汁、ご飯、おかず、サラダという順序で重たいお盆をもっておかずを取らなくてはいけなくて大変でした。

It was a memorable opportunity to live and enjoy tradition. I don't think I will ever sleep so well again. Very clean and the staff were very hospitable. Just remember to book for meals early on.

Pros:

I love how beautiful this property is, close to shopping and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay, I loved the onsen on the property. Just 15-20 minutes drive to Fujikawaguchiko. Perfect place to stay to see Mt Fuji while still enjoying the peace from tourists.
