Great hotel to stay at in Shibuya a fashion hub .
Pros:

Great location, has a good restaurant on 11 th floor which we had great meals recommended try their dinner special best value set meal high end dining in the area.Staff were helpful and attentive .
Rooms were well designed and had a cool theme plus designer furniture

Cons:

At first glance can be difficult to find the entrance.
Best entrance through the mall.

Amazing experience made better by fantastic receptionist support
Pros:

Excellent interior design, materials, mood and vibe. Front of house service of the best quality. I had an issue with my Ipad being lost on a plane and the reception did all they could to let me have my ipad again - liasing with airport and lost and found. Amazing service and made my stay superb.

Cons:

Not much, everything was great. I wouldn’t stop for breakfast every day.

Really good overall as always
Pros:

The location is really convenient, the room are really clean, new and well stuffed.

Cons:

The staff was all the long really friendly except at the checkout I think we met the wrong employee

Corner king amazing views
Pros:

Location is perfect for exploring Shibuya and a short walk to the scramble and station. Get the corner king room if you can, the view is incredible and try request the side to see any Fuji. Sunset views also amazing this direction. Worth the extra money for the space and views. Staff are super nice

Sometimes at night you can hear closeby room doors closing.
