Location, location, location. In the heart of Shibuya area and down the street from famous Crossing.
Pros:

Outstanding views! One of the greatest breakfast offerings i've ever seen and it was delicious. Wife went crazy over the bathroom/bidet. Room size was comfortable. Staff above and beyond helpful.

Cons:

It was a little hard to find by taxi. Outside street signage could be larger.

Wonderful, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was amazing - lots of choices and everything delicious. Location was very convenient to train station and lots of dining/shopping within feet of the hotel. Great view of city from room and dining level terrace.

Cons:

Understandably space is at a premium, but using coat storage area with people entering/exiting bathroom was a challenge sometimes.

Brief but comfortable. I would stay there again.
Pros:

We found the room small but very comfortable. We were told we could see Yoyogi Park from our room but could not see it at all. Great view of Shibuya though. We enjoyed breakfast - great value. Dinner was lovely. Restaurant has top notch food and service.

Cons:

No luggage stand for second suitcase. Only space for one suitcase under the hanging rack. This made the space very tight and meant I could not use the lounge or window as my bag had to fit there.
