We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Shibuya, close to the public transportation, shopping area.
We had a great room on the 28th floor, with a great view of the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful and professional.
The price was a bit high for our expectations.
Regarding our room, the main issue was the limited space and storage, which was a little challenging for us staying several nights. More wardrobe space, shelves and hooks would have made the room more practical and comfortable.

This location was phenomenal! Right next to the Shibuya crossing and great shopping area. Hotel is beautiful, the staff is really great.
Everything was perfect!
Room was lovely with exceptional view of the city. The shower was the best shower I have experienced, ever! Centrally and conveniently located close to trains and shopping. The area is busy with tourists and restaurants.
We thought the split elevators were a nuisance, you had to take two elevators to get to your room.
We were not impressed with the order we received via room service.

I wish somekne took care of my luggage when i arrived and also i had to order a uber because they couldnt get me a taxi for some reason when i left to the ariport but overall amazing experience
The hotel staff were rude to us. However I saw that they were really nice to Caucasian travelers, even offering them drinks at check in while we had none. We ordered a parcel whereby we have already prepaid for delivery. The hotel paid for our parcel delivery without telling us and demand that we pay at check out. When we tried to reason with them, we were out numbered by 3 hotel staff. The male hotel staff tried to stop us from leaving even after we paid the delivery fee, when he heard us say we are going to give a bad google review. He wouldn’t let us go and still tried to defend the hotel. We felt intimidated. For a hotel in Japan, this is quite a horrifying experience. If you see good google reviews, it is because it was a criteria for an hour extension of checkout time. The hotel staff asked me to fill up a good google review, show them in order to have a late check out. I am a IHG member and yet I had such a bad experience with them. Please be warned of this and think twice before booking this hotel.
