Incredible views, super friendly staff and amazing location!!!!

Cons:

The beds were a bit hard but I’ve learned along my stay at all hotels in Japan they are all a bit harder than I’m used to in New Zealand so it’s definitely not an indigo thing just a Japan thing!! Not a complaint at all just observation😊, other than that an absolute 10/10 for EVERYTHING!!!

Fantastic location in the heart of Shibuya very close to the Shibuya Scramble crossing. We loved the decor which was modern and arty. Breakfast was great with a huge variety of options.
