The room was dirty, there were hairs in the bathtub and shower, also the air con filters were so dirty no air passed through.

Early check in is a problem.
Great location close to everything and they offered a very delicious breakfast. Nice view from our room as well and it was very spacious.
Definitely a western hotel, so it's missing Japan-style amenities like pajamas, skin care (beyond body wash, shampoo, conditioner), and a super deep bathtub. For the price and other Indigos I've stayed in, I was a little disappointed.

What I loved most was the fantastic location and the beautiful view from the 17th floor. Waking up every morning and enjoying that view was truly special.
What I liked the least was the lack of service and hospitality. The staff were friendly, but communication in English was often difficult, and several employees seemed unable to provide useful information or answer basic questions. There was very little engagement or initiative to help guests.
There is no real concierge service, and at times the experience felt more like staying in an Airbnb than in a hotel. For a property with such a great location and beautiful views, that was disappointing.
Another downside was the breakfast. During our eight-night stay, the menu never changed, which became repetitive and lacked the variety you would expect from a hotel catering to longer stays.
The Harbor Terrace has an excellent location and stunning views from the 17th floor, but there is significant room for improvement when it comes to service, guest assistance, and dining variety.
