Beautiful, relaxing, romantic
Pros:

Amazing food, onsen, and decor. Also the staff was incredibly friendly and it was clear that every detail had been thought through. Definitely worth the splurge for a unique, romantic getaway! Would recommend to anyone.

Unforgettable stay with private onsen bliss
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Fufu Hakone! The staff were super attentive and made us feel welcome from the start. The facilities were beautiful and very comfortable, and dinner was perfectly timed with delicious courses. The private onsen was a highlight — relaxing with stunning views. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we’d definitely come back for a longer stay.

Great onsen, and lovely restaurant and attentive service
Pros:

Property was well designed and the people made the trip memorable. They are attentive and professional and catered to every need and no slip ups whatsoever. This level of detail is stunning. And the food at the restaurant was good too, we enjoyed our meals there. The onsen is one of the best we had.

Cons:

The location is a little remote, and there is really not much to explore outside the property. I wish the ventilation in the bathroom was a little better to remove the water vapour and also, some heating in the bathroom during winter would have been good but likely this is a feature that is not very Japanese.

This place is very comfortable with amazing rooms and staff.
Pros:

Very pretty property in a little secluded side of the mountain, even saw a deer right outside our room window. Very clean , very cozy environment, and just an amazing room. The food is also so good!
