We had an amazing stay at Fufu Hakone! The staff were super attentive and made us feel welcome from the start. The facilities were beautiful and very comfortable, and dinner was perfectly timed with delicious courses. The private onsen was a highlight — relaxing with stunning views. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we’d definitely come back for a longer stay.

It was beautiful.
Property was well designed and the people made the trip memorable. They are attentive and professional and catered to every need and no slip ups whatsoever. This level of detail is stunning. And the food at the restaurant was good too, we enjoyed our meals there. The onsen is one of the best we had.
The location is a little remote, and there is really not much to explore outside the property. I wish the ventilation in the bathroom was a little better to remove the water vapour and also, some heating in the bathroom during winter would have been good but likely this is a feature that is not very Japanese.

Very pretty property in a little secluded side of the mountain, even saw a deer right outside our room window. Very clean , very cozy environment, and just an amazing room. The food is also so good!

完全にふふの虜です。
駅まで車で迎えにきてくださり、そのあとの対応もスムーズですぐお部屋に案内してくださいました。サプライズで誕生日のケーキをお願いしておりましたが、素敵なケーキを用意してくださり、写真も撮っていただきました。(チェックアウトの際にフレームに入れて写真をいただきました。感激でした)
お部屋も温泉も料理も言わずもがな素晴らしく、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。お部屋の香りが好きです。次はどこのふふにしようかな？とまた計画しております。
全てが素晴らしく、良くない点をあげるのも恐れ多いのですが
1つあげるとしたら夕食の量がかなり多めです。みなさんあれだけの量を完食しているのでしょうか、、、
残してしまうと申し訳ないのでもう少し少ないと一皿一皿味わっていただけるかな、と思います。頑張って食べた結果、次の日の朝食が食べらず残念でした。
Quarto muito espaçoso, com um onsen privativo delicioso. A equipe do hotel sempre muito gentil e atenciosa, mesmo com alguma dificuldade de comunicação em função da lingua. As refeições (jantar e café da manhã) em estilo tradicional japonês foram excelentes! Tudo preparado e servido de forma impecável.

The property was incredible, amazing views of the Forrest and mountains, very clean and very relaxing.
We stayed there for 4 nights and loved every aspect of our stay. The meals were excellent, and the imaginative combination of the fresh ingredients was truly impressive. We tried both the Japanese and Western breakfasts and dinners, and they were ALL superb.
We enjoyed the private onsen in our room too!
The staff was helpful, prompt in responding, and very friendly. We cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay so memorable.
