禁煙ルームはないけれど気にならないレベル
Pros:

普段たばこを吸わない者からのコメントなります。禁煙ルームはありませんが、部屋自体のたばこのにおいは気になりませんでした。ただ、別の部屋で吸われている方のたばこは時々においます。それ以外に気になることはなく、部屋もきれいにしてあり、スタッフの方も印象がともよ良い。

Pros:

フロントの方の対応は凄く丁寧で好感が持てました。喫煙と禁煙ルームは分けておられないみたいでビジネスホテルだから仕方ないとのこと。特に臭いはなく良かったのですが
部屋によったらたばこ臭がするかもと思ったら
ちょっと遠慮したいですね

As non smoking people it was very nice
Pros:

The location is nice and convenient, right in front of sabae station and 15 min ride for Fukui city.
The staff are very nice and the room was nice as well. Even if it's allowed to smoke in it, the room didn't smell bad which is very nice as non smoking person.
The nearest convenient store is about 5-10min walk and there are also some restaurants in the neighborhood.

Cons:

To be fair it seems like it's the norm in Japan but the cushions are way too firm (feels like a woodblock ahah).
