Pros:

The hotel's location is easily to find. Hotel staff is helpful. Car park service is provided & nearby the hotel. The room is clean & tidy. Hotel provided onsen service. the breakfast is good & nave many choice.

Cons:

Customers need to take off their shoes before access the reception & other place in hotel.

Pros:

„Super Atmosphäre und erstklassiges Essen“Das Hotel punktet vor allem durch seine Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber das wird durch die großzügigen und sehr geschmackvollen Gemeinschaftsbereiche absolut wettgemacht. Das Essen war durchweg spitze: Vom leckeren Frühstück bis zur hervorragenden Broth Chatuke am Abend war alles perfekt.

Not worth at all .
Pros:

Location wise very good

Cons:

Isn’t worth the money.
The rooms are ok , but the hotel seriously lacks the vibe and charm an hospitality facility deserves.
There are heavily understaffed and a very small group of people are running around and doing all the chores.

So much so that your room linen is not changed if you stay less than 4 days in hotel . Never had this policy in any other hotel i visited so far.

Breakfast is very basic and food service area is cramped with many guests during morning meal hours.

I booked the hotel, going by the rating on Booking.com , but I seriously find it a flop.

Search for other facilities, there are quite many in Nakatsugawa.

どこもゆったりしていて快適だが、もうすこし窓が大きくて開放感があればと思った。

Für kurzen Aufenthalt super.
Pros:

Moderne und saubere Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für ein oder zwei Nächte absolut ausreichend.
Mehrheitlich japanisches Frühstück, es gab aber auch frischen Fruchtsalat und Granola mit Yoghurt oder Milch plus ein Schokogebäck. Onsen mit langen Öffnungszeiten (haben wir nicht benutzt).

Cons:

Zimmer konnte nicht ganz so gut abgedunkelt werden und war jetzt eher „basic“ mit ganz kleiner Dusch-/WC-Kabine. Aber für den Preis absolut ok.

Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. Service was ok but the hotel provided basic amenities for the guest such as toothbrush, cotton bud and stuff which was a nice touch. Location was great - easy to travel to Magome for Nakasendo trail.

Nakatsugawa is sweet local town and a great jumping off point to the Nakasendo Trail.
Pros:

The Onsen was great, the rooms comfortable, the location was walking distance to the train/bus station. It was a great jumping off point and about 25 min bus ride to the Nakasendo trail in Magome. We used the Nakasendo Transfer service to transport our luggage to our next hotel and it worked like a dream.

Pros:

館内は清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。
清掃スタッフの皆さんの挨拶が心地よく、印象に残りました。
朝食ビュッフェも美味しく、五平餅などのメニューが楽しめて良かったです。

Cons:

大浴場の設備面でやや配慮が足りないと感じ、満足度に影響しました。
入浴後の水分補給のため、ウォーターサーバーがあるとより安心だと思います。
洗面スペースでは、ドライヤーに加えてブラシなどのアメニティがあるとさらに良いと感じました。

Clean and welcoming. Really good location.
Pros:

It felt like home. As soon as you enter the hotel, you need to take off your shoes and place them in a shoe box. So no shoes policy around the whole hotel - really nice. Nice sitting area on a ground floor where you can enjoy some broth in the evening or bring your own meal. Nice Onsen facility.

Cons:

The rooms are very small. You can’t even have your suitcase open.

Pros:
