早朝フライトの時は前泊におすすめ！
Pros:

無料空港送迎バスが出ている、早朝4時台から運転士さんとホテルスタッフの爽やかな挨拶で気持ちが良い、ルーフトップバーが素敵

Cons:

チェックインアウトがタブレット端末でできるが、案内が口頭でないからか、ウェルカムドリンクなどがある事に気付けなかった。

Easy access to airport with modern simple room
Pros:

The location, free shuttle bus to airport. The room design.

Cons:

Nothing. But will be better if theres more room with washing machine/dryer equip.

Great hotel for Osaka kansai airport
Pros:

Great hotel with easy access to Osaka Kansai Airport. Very clean and well maintained room, nice facilities eg free spa, bar on 21 floor with great views, free shuttle bus to/from airport. Right next to train station to/from Osaka and/or airport. 10min walk from luxury shopping outlet if you want last minute tax free shopping. Was perfect for an early flight.

clean and comfortable
Pros:

loved that there was a free courtesy bus to the airport, also within walking distance to huge factory outlet shopping mall. Convenience store on site was also a bonus

整體滿意，稍有不足，希望改善枕頭和廁所氣味問題。
Pros:

地點非常好，往來機場和outlet 十分方便。自助checkin 和checkout 很有效率。購物後能夠浸溫泉舒解疲勞是我入住的原因。有往來機場免費巴士可以趕早機超讃。自助寄存行李服務很好，寄存倉地方很大，而且有行李磅方便執拾行李。晚上有免費飲品時段，觀賞美麗的麽天輪夜景，很有氣氛。

Cons:

厠所有異味。洗手盆瘀塞了。房間很小。枕頭很扁，床褥很軟，不太舒服。房間沒有支裝水供應。房間沒有USB 插頭，幸好自備义電插頭。
