I had a great time. Absolutely loved the view from my room.
Pros:

The location was convenient. Breakfast was good. However, I stayed for 5 nights at the property so I would have preferred a variation in the breakfast buffet at least after the 3rd night's stay.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I had to go to the lobby and then take a lift at another location to exit the hotel.

A really excellent hotel in the center of Shinjuku, the breakfast is excellent and varied. Spacious rooms compared to Tokyo. The view from the room on the 37th floor was amazing.

Cons:

Something really insignificant, sometimes in the morning it was necessary to wait a few minutes for a table at breakfast.
