hôtel très bien placé mais cher
Pros:

Situation de hôtel plein centre , accès facile, personnel agréable et à l'écoute .

Cons:

Chambre compact peu de place , le prix de la chambre est cher par rapport à la taille presque 400 euros pour une nuit sans petit déjeuner

Groove has excellent staff in all departments
Pros:

Haru from Front Office made a lovely gesture to wish a regular guest a happy trip home, with a box of biscuits from Groove. It was a simple act, yet it spoke volumes about her thoughtfulness and the warmth with which she treats her guests.

She has wonderful humility and unselfish spirit too. Although she was the one who took the initiative, she chose to sign the card under her manager Arisa’s name and her team, rather than taking personal credit for it. She thought of the team first, to represent Groove as a whole.

Haru was the very first person to welcome me to Groove. Now, as I prepare to leave, she is once again part of a memorable moment.

Thank you Haru and the Groove team once again.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are spacious enough for two luggages without feeling tight. Breakfast was delicious with both a buffet and a à la cart selection.

Cons:

Our only complaint is that the coffee machine during breakfast is really slow. We had instances where people were queuing for 10+ minutes to make a cup a coffee.

Favourite hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

Stayed total 9 nights. Returning again in March for 4th repeat stay. Thats proof enough there’s everything to like about the hotel.

Perfect location for tourists that want to be in the heart of the city
Pros:

We loved Hotel Groove. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of all of the nightlife, close to the train station and surrounded by restaurants . The view from the rooms is amazing. The rooms were also spacious
