les chambres sont superbes, très conforts avec une vue incroyable. Emplacement excellent. De plus au pied de l'hôtel navette de bus pour l'aéroport.
Lobby très impersonnel et non décoré, salle de petit déjeuner immense, mal décoré et très bruyante, choix du buffet moyen compte tenu du niveau de l'hôtel.
l’hotel si trova al 18esimo piano di un grattacielo, ci siamo trovati bene perché il bus limousine da/per l’aeroporto ferma direttamente in questo hotel evitandovi tanti spostamenti con i mezzi (sopratutto se viaggiate con tante valigie).
Trovate anche starbucks all’interno della struttura, l’hotel si trova a Kabukicho considerata “zona a luci rosse” e un quartiere molto vivace e pieno di ristoranti, 7eleven ecc.
la struttura è molto pulita e moderna, la stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato era una “king matrimoniale”, lo spazio non era tantissimo ma a Tokyo si sa che è così, vi riforniscono ogni giorno di 4 bottigliette d’acqua, spazzolini da denti, dentifricio, kit per skincare, un pigiama giapponese a testa ecc (quindi non c’è neanche bisogno di portare cose in più da casa)
Lo staff in generale è educato, nulla da dire
l’hotel offre anche una smoking area all’interno (in Giappone non si può fumare nei luoghi pubblici ma solo nelle aree apposite)
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, le stanze venivano pulite tutti i giorni, la posizione è centrale e tutto a portata di mano, forse il prezzo è un po’ alto visto che altri hotel della stesso livello offrono qualcosa in più ad un prezzo inferiore o uguale
La stanza un po’ piccola, tanto è vero che non c’era neanche un armadio o una cassettiera ma solo un appendiabiti, quindi ho lasciato i vestiti all’interno delle valige per tutto il soggiorno.
La lavanderia offre lavatrici lava/asciuga self service ma il lavaggio non è efficiente, infatti i vestiti erano ancora sporchi una volta terminato il ciclo del lavaggio e non erano per niente asciutti, abbiamo provato a fare più cicli di asciugatura ma gli indumenti rimanevano comunque bagnati.
l’hotel è molto bello ma la zona è un po’ troppo caotica per quello che è l’hotel.
Ho soggiornato in altri hotel dello stesso livello ad osaka e tokyo e permettevano di utilizzare la macchinetta del caffè per fare cappuccino, espresso, tè ecc, qui non ho visto un’area del genere per gli ospiti.
Excellent location, quiet in rooms as so high up, amazing view, everything in the room worked well and was comfortable, they even kindly left us a honeymoon gift!

Queues for checking in, to leave baggage in Luggage store and most annoyingly queueing 30 minutes for breakfast.

Pokoje nie są w pełni dzwiękoszczelne, więc trochę słychać ruch pociągów. Mieszkałem na 33 piętrze. Nie był to wielki problem, ale to zależy od wrażliwości osoby
The food was okay. I wouldn't say excellent for my taste.
More of a selection. I've been in Japan and the hotels I've stayed at had better Japanese food. The eggs were not to my liking.
