Amazing views of Tokyo in a central location.
Pros:

The view from our room on the 36th floor was incredible. Hotel was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was tiny with no where to put your clothes.

Acima dos padrões de Tokyo, bom hotel
Pros:

Quarto confortável e grande para os padrões de Tokyo, vista incrível, bem localizado, com metrô de shinjuku próximo, starbucks, lawson e 711 tudo a poucos passos. Fiquei no 35° andar, muito silencioso. Comodidades boas. Luz natural pela manhã era excelente. Tive pouco contato com o staff, somente no check-in e no check-out, que apesar de ser automatizado, sempre tinha um funcionário pronto para ajudar ao lado.

Cons:

Não achei o ar condicionado tão consistente, demorava para se ajustar à temperatura solicitada, cheguei a me perguntar se era central e o mostruário para ajuste era figurativo. Como a roupa de cama era pesada e a janela fornecia um bom isolamento térmico para o inverno, acabei passando um pouco de calor mesmo colocando o ar condicionado no 17/18°C.

The location, room, view, staff were all fantastic. The elevator is especially fun when you get that amazing view of the Shinjuku skyline. The airport shuttle service is also a very convenient bargain that stops right at the hotel. I often stay in Kabukicho when I visit Japan due to its convenience and this hotel nailed it for me.

Gorgeous hotel with breathtaking views of the city. Lively area but didn’t disturb us. Great facilities and amenities like skincare, water, washer dryers, slippers!

Nice hotel nice staff rooms very tiny ok for overnight but not comfortable for more than a night.
