Pros:

Værelser højt oppe med god udsigt. Rent og pænt. Venligt personale.

Cons:

Lidt små værelser. Og så er de nærmeste gader omkring hotellet lidt beskidte og larmende om aftenen. Restauranten var okay, men heller ikke mere end det.

Nice new modern hotel with large rooms, great service, great food.
Pros:

New building with excellent service. The higher floor premiere suite king was a good size 650+ SF for Tokyo. The views were amazing being one of the tallest buildings with floor to ceiling windows.
The breakfast at JAM17 was very good with a great selection. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Property was great. Especially if your family doesn’t have small kids. The hotel exit toward the Gracery(Godzilla Hotel) can get a bit lively at times. We learned to use the entrance parallel to the train tracks on the other side.

Un magnifique séjour dans un hôtel exceptionnel.
Pros:

Tout était parfait, de l’accueil au départ. La vue est magnifique, les équipements très bien pensés. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier très animé que nous avons beaucoup aimé.

We did not meet the expectations
Pros:

New hotel

Cons:

The hotel is pretty far from the train station. In order to get into the hotel you need to go around the entire building, which is super annoying.
The hallway was kinda dirty and the bathroom smelled bad.
