Une valeur sûre à Shinjuku
Pros:

Nous avions une suite, spacieuse, très propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec une très belle vue sur Tokyo. L’emplacement au cœur de Shinjuku est excellent, avec énormément de restaurants, commerces et transports accessibles à proximité. L’ensemble est moderne, fonctionnel et correspond bien à ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Cons:

Malgré la hauteur des chambres et les grandes baies vitrées épaisses, le bruit des trains de la gare voisine reste étonnamment perceptible. Plus globalement, l’expérience est très conventionnelle : c’est un choix sans véritable risque, tout est au niveau attendu et rien ne déçoit, mais il manque aussi ce petit quelque chose qui rendrait l’expérience vraiment mémorable.

Not a lot at all

Cons:

The room I booked was a deluxe king that did not have a dedicated bathroom. There was a separate toilet, a shower cubicle with a ‘curtain’ then a sink in the room itself. The room was small, and not a ‘deluxe king’. The bar did not open until 5pm and we wanted a drink before going out to the theatre. They tried to put us in the insanely busy, noisy and overcrowded dining room. We had an early flight and had paid four breakfast in the booking but the restaurant was not open early and there was no room service at all. This was not a 5 star property. We were severely disappointed.
