Pros:

Clean, good location, staff are very helpful, great view

Cons:

The room is not small by Tokyo standards but uncomfortably designed. Very little room to move, toilet room is too small

The room layout was great - with a few different areas to sit

Cons:

The bathroom- if you’re sharing with a friend the glass bathroom are too exposed and no room to change clothes except the sink area - with the curtain- which feels a little like a last minute addition

Fantastic location & lovely facilities. Incredible views over Tokyo.
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel twice in our holiday - once at the beginning & the end. Actually IDEAL location. Super comfortable. Didn't have breakfast (but honestly, you don't need it with so many good konbini around). Lovely free skincare kits provided. Great facilities. Amazing views! Ask for a higher up room. We had a view of godzilla in our first room and incredible skyline views second time. Staff were lovely. Would recommend to family & friends.

Cons:

Slight downfall was the reception - a bit messy/run down & not nearly as impressive as the building itself! Hard to just 'pop out' of the hotel if you need something as you need to go down elevator to reception, change lifts and then go down again. But I'm nit-picking!

Pros:

La posizione comodissima per la strategica stazione di Shinjuku. La zona é animata ma tranquilla. Lo staff é disponibile, la pulizia accuratissima, la stanza comoda e molto ben insonorizzata. Si dorme benissimo. Strepitosa la vista!

Comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

Hotel was terrific, fabulous location in Shinjuku, a lively area but the hotel was a haven of tranquility. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and a great heated toilet. Staff were friendly cabs efficient. Would stay here again
