２度目の利用。秋田駅からは距離があるが「ぐるる」という市内循環バスを使うと便利。川反も近く秋田を堪能できる割に、新しくキレイで親切なホテル。

フロントでの説明が少なくテレビを見るのにも当初、苦労します。部屋に資料もなく結局、フロントに聞くしかありません。また、コンビニも少し遠く、飲食店もないので車がないと何もできないかと思います。

ユニバーサルルームだったので広々してました
吹雪くようや悪天候で寒かったので、お部屋のプレヒーティングなど配慮があれば尚良かったです。朝ごはんはバイキングと呼ぶにはメニューが寂しかったです。

綺麗なビジネスホテル
Pros:

新しくて綺麗です。ビジネスホテルだと思えば良い感じ。部屋は狭いけれどこれはこれで心地よい。
施設の説明があまりなく分かりづらい事が多かったです。
お風呂はMAX3名。小さいです。
駅から徒歩20分とありますが、旅の荷物を持って30分以上かかり辛かった。帰りはタクシーにしました。休憩でお茶を飲む所もお店もない道中は本当にきつかったです。
