Multiple guests reported dust, stains, mould/strong bathroom odours and occasional dirty bathroom curtains/surfaces; cleanliness is below average.
Service
9.3
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful (e.g., late-night fan delivery, polite front desk); service is a clear strength.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised for being immediately next to Nagano Station and very convenient for transport, shops and eating out.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms are generally functional and sometimes clean, but guests noted older furniture, worn curtains, noisy fridge, occasional stains and small bed sizes.
Amenities
7.9
Basic amenities available (breakfast, central AC, delivered fan), but lacks a large public bath, has limited parking and parking info could be improved.
Value for Money
8.8
Many reviewers called the cost-performance good (コスパ良い), though a few noted the price is not the lowest; overall perceived as good value for short stays.
Food and Beverage

Breakfast is served and some items (e.g., miso soup) were liked, but the local-style breakfast was said to be challenging for some foreign guests.

下回我不會再想入住。
Pros:

早餐ok,地點離長野車站近

Cons:

我入住低溫來到10°以下，竟然沒開暖氣，詢問酒店人員，說尚未到開暖氣時期，讓我懷疑是否沒有暖氣設備，我也因此無法入睡且感冒了。
