Pros:

素泊まりで利用しました。
駅前の繁華街側ではなく、裏側にある立地です。
とは言え、繁華街側にはホテルのほぼ正面側から駅舎を抜けて渡れるので買い物や食事に行くのに不便さは感じません。
隣にあるセブンイレブンはタバコを売っていないので、喫煙者の方は駅のコンビニで買うなどしておくほうが無難です。
提携駐車場はないので近隣の駐車場を利用しますが、駐車場は複数あるのでよほどでなければ停められないことは無さそうです。
スタッフの方は対応も良く、気持ち良かったてす。
部屋はバスルームがやや広めのタイプでしたので比較的ゆったり使えました。
アメニティーも充実していますし、部屋自体も清潔感のあるものでした。
喫煙者なので喫煙可能部屋にしましたが、加湿空気清浄機があるためかニオイもキツくなくて良かったです。
また機会があれば利用させていただこうと思っています。

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano.

宿泊前日の予約でしたが、2部屋予約して隣同士にしていただき有り難かったです。
立地もよく、全てにおいて満足したのでまた近くに訪れる際は宿泊したいと思います。

長野駅から近く、場所も分かりやすい。
コンビニも直ぐ近くにあり、
ライブ遠征の為の宿泊でしたが、会場のホクト文化ホールへも徒歩でも行ける距離で、ライブ後のごはんにも駅から近く、駅周辺には沢山飲食店や飲み屋さんもあるので困りませんでした。
ベッドも広く、清潔で部屋も思ったより広くてよかったです。
スタッフさんの対応も丁寧、親切でした。
11時のレイトチェックアウトなのと、チェックイン前と、チェックイン後に荷物預けられるのもよかったです。
