Staff are very helpful for check in. We don’t need to park overnight but the guy is nice to let us park for a while to load luggages and check in. Also our room is very clean and tidy. Everyday provide us drinking water and towels without call. Overall I like this hotel’s service.

地下鉄乗り場がすぐ、博多駅までも徒歩圏内、飲食店が豊富と、大変便利な立地です。近隣のホテルよりもリーズナブルなことも良い点です。比較的新しいホテルのため、非常にきれいで清潔に保たれています。
しかし、部屋にメモやペンがないのは残念でした。また1階の入り口の段差は改善したほうがいいと思います。大きなスーツケースを持った高齢の外国人が苦労していました。

這次是入住三人房。有自己的停車場，且門口就是地鐵入口，一站到博多車站；附近餐廳、便利商店也多。房間是有一位上鋪的房型，廁所衛浴分開很棒！ 空間可以兩個人攤開行李箱還夠，整體而言很推薦！如果還有來福岡還會考慮入住

宿泊施設としては非常に良い。駐車場も入れやすく、交通の便も良い。大浴場も気持ち良く利用させて頂きました。
ただ、中国人観光客が多く廊下で騒わいだり走り回ったりとうるさかった。ホテルとして客を選べないので難しいとは思いますが改善して頂きたいと思います。

チェックイン、チェックアウトはタッチパネルですが、そばで指示していただけたのでとても簡単に済ませることができました。お部屋に洗濯機と洗剤もありましたので気兼ねなくお洗濯ができて快適でした。朝食は和洋共に珍しいお料理や色々なお野菜が充実していて、とても美味しくいただきました。具沢山のお味噌汁が特に嬉しかったです。
スタッフの皆さんもやりすぎでない心地良いサービスでとても好感が持てました。
博多駅も天神も地下鉄で一駅。しかも地下鉄の櫛田神社前駅からすぐの立地。こんなに便利なホテルとは思わずに予約しましたが、大正解でした。

2泊３日しました。
お部屋の広さは　3人で泊まり充分だと思います。博多駅から徒歩。地下鉄は目の前で便利でした。
観光だったので　ホテル周りのわかりやすいイラストのような簡単な地図がロビーなどに
貼ってあったり　貰えたりしたら　もっと良かったです。　
大浴場もテレビで混雑状況が分かるのが参考になりました。

Das Hotel ist einfach mittels U-Bahn oder auch zu Fuß mit leichtem Gepäck erreichbar. Das Hotel wirkt neu und es ist völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage um Fukuoka und Umgebung zu erkunden. Es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist leider, wie sehr oft in Japan, eher enttäuschend und sehr asiatisch.
