Pros:

Service was friendly. The bed was perfect for us as a family, very comfortable. The room was bigger than expected and with enough space for our needs. A big plus was the restaurant, for breakfast or just coffee. Great area to stay for quite days but still next to interesting and touristic areas.

Cons:

Laundry room: programs 3+ hours didn't work for us. P

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for my stay as I didn't want to be in a busy part of town.

I loved starting my day with a view of Senso-ji and the city at the rooftop. The surrounding neighborhood and walking along Sumida Park and the river was lovely too. The surrounding neighbourhood was quiet and quaint while conveniently located to the Ginza and Asakusa lines to access the city. The walk to the Metro was about 10mins, or 2-3 stops by bus. The area is about an hour's ride from Shinjuku and Shimokitazawa, a bit of a track out but still manageable.

The room was a perfect cosy size for one. Being able to do regular laundry, attentive staff members and having access to a cafe that is work friendly was perfect for my stay. There was plenty of good local joints that are tourist friendly around to pop in for a quick meal.

Amenities are available at the reception but also what you have in your room is complete. I found myself not wanting for anything more, and in moments where I needed a quick something, there were a few trusty Lawson's and Family Mart(s) being a stone's throw away, which alone was always a treat to visit.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was a really good stay with good value. I only wished I was located on a higher floor with a view, but even that was not a big issue as bring able to access the rooftop whenever was just as lovely.

Pros:

Amazing VFM, really nice room with a great bathroom and the tatami beds are the best thing to sleep on if you like hard mattresses. Smart design and use of space as well. Staff was also really nice and though there was a language barrier sometimes, they were always willing to help.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but since the options were just 4-8 dishes to choose from, it can get a little repetitive if you're staying for a long time

Vraiment très bien situé, petit rooftop pour voir la vue, chambre fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Chambre assez petite, lit plutot dur, refus de check in avant l'heure pile.

Nice modern rooms
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Well thought out space with everything you needed. Cafe down the bottom was nice for breakfast/coffee.

Cons:

A bit far from the closet station. Reception staff weren't very friendly
