Все отлично, чисто, дружелюбно.

Cons:

Нет такого, немного удивились какие маленькие номера, до этого жили в другой категории и не подозревали, что тут есть и такой размер, где площадь номера фактически равна площади кровати)

Great for travelers
Pros:

Really well located, super friendly staff that helps you as needed. It's really fun to walk around the neighborhood in the morning \ evening and we regretted we didn't have more time there. Staff was very helpful and went beyond what I expected.

Cons:

In our room, the sink was in the same room as we slept in which wasn't great. We also had lots of toiletries and it was the only place where we didn't have enough room for everything. Also there are not enough wash machines so washing requires you to book in advance or do it in the early morning \ night. Overall minor complaints

Pros:

The property is ideally located next to Senso-ji Temple, making everything extremely convenient during my trip. The front desk staff are always available to assist with any questions or issues I had.

It was excellent, except for a booking.com billing error.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, breakfast very basic.

Cons:

There was an error in Booking's algorithm that charged us twice for a 4-night reservation. Booking was unwilling to credit us and blamed the hotel. Which was willing to credit for 3 nights and charge for the first night. We booked the rest of the hotels on our trip through Agoda and were very pleased with their service.

The staff made an otherwise good stay a negative experience. The hotel itself has a things to offer.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is fine — the selection is limited, but what's on offer is decent.

Cons:

The worst hotel staff I've encountered in Japan. There were problems with my reservation and the room wasn't what I had expected. That can happen — but the way the staff handled it was terrible. After that, they were unhelpful with virtually every question or request I had, with the one exception of the person who helped me ship my luggage.

Very budget friendly and clean.
Pros:

Location is great with many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are kinda tight but they make up for it by having a lot of space in the common areas which can be used by all. Great service and they provide toiletries, water, sleeping robes, and other complimentary items for during your stay.

Cons:

Early check-in is available but an additional cost. But it's OK since they kept our bags for free anyway while the rooms were not yet ready.
