Beautiful spacious room overlooking Sakurajima
Pros:

Beautiful spacious room - well worth booking a room with the Sakurajima view as it was so impressive. Great amenities in the room as well as in the rest of the hotel - the onsen, foot bath and gym were particularly nice. We have to give a very big thanks to the lovely concierge who helped us in our time of needing finding lost property from a bus journey and booking a medical appointment - she went above and beyond and was fantastic.

The hotel is a short walk to a tram stop, and otherwise a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the city, so very well located.

建設して1年だったせいか、清潔感があり、泊まったお部屋から桜島が見えて、最高でした！

Cons:

1階にお茶スペースが2カ所ぐらいあれば、宿泊しない方も利用出来て、活気がでるのではないかなー？と思いました。

Hotel is worth every single penny. The facilities, the staff, the food and the room's size &, view - simply unbeatable in that area of Kagoshima. Reaching the hotel with train or bus is an option but a bit of a drag, however, the hotel operates a shuttle to and from Kagoshima station - so make sure to inquire about it if needed. There's also a parking lot (reasonably priced) behind the hotel. All in all, amazing hotel.
