Amazing service. New hotel
Pros:

5 star service. I booked a Sakurajima view room but I wasn’t expecting a corner room. Probably it was to compensate for the not so impressive view of Sakurajima as it was just on the 7th floor. But I think they’d transfer me to a higher floor if I had requested. They also assisted in the delivery of my luggage to my accommodation (in Hita onsen) 2 days after. It was surprisingly cheap. I was expecting around 3000 yen. But it was just a little over 1300 yen.

Vue imprenable et personnel au top
Pros:

La vue magnifique sur le Sakurajima depuis notre chambre . Le restaurant au dernier étage où nous avons pris un de leur menu qui était extrêmement délicieux.
Les pâtisseries au lobby, la gentillesse du personnel. Un des meilleurs hôtels que nous ayons fait au Japon .

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour le manque de sucré au petit déjeuner mais je ne leur en tiens pas rigueur je suis au Japon, leur plat varié étaient excellent.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolles Zimmer mit schönen
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das geräumige helle Zimmer hatte den gewünschten Ausblick 🤓❣️ Frühstück war im Angebot außergewöhnlich gut. Verschiedene warme Speisen, sowie verschiedene Salate und leckerer Sushi 🍣 wurden Angeboten.

Abends hatten wir das „Daily Social“ Buffet gebucht. Ab 18 Uhr ist das absolut empfehlenswert.
Wir sind noch einmal im Hotel und werden es wieder nutzen.
Informiere dich über das Angebot mit den Getränken. Es gibt drei Möglichkeiten.
Wir hatten das mittlere Angebot (ich glaube es hieß Gold oder so ähnlich) Getränke - Wein, Bier, …inklusive.

Cons:

Gut, das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. …man muss beim Frühstücken zu den Stoßzeiten warten. Das sollte man in der Zeitplanung mit einrechnen.

Great hotel performance and fantastic view to the Vulcan
Pros:

Frühstück mit großer Auswahl japanischer und westlicher Speisen. Die Servicekraefte sind sehr zuvorkommend und erledigen prompt die gestellten Aufgaben..
Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf den Vulkan ist toll, man kann von dort aus beobachten.

最高でした！ずっと泊まっていたかったです
Pros:

桜島を見たくてなるべく上層階をリクエストしていたら、12階で眺望が素晴らしかった。お風呂も最高でした♡

施設ではないが朝食のバターがすごく取りにくかった
