직원들이 친절하고 시설이 깨끗함.
온천 시설도 좋음.

Cons:

아침식사의 질은 괜찮지만 다양성이 부족함. 바닷가임에도 해산물 요리가 매우 적음.
베개가 좀 불편하고 다른 옵션이 없음.
추가되는 세금이 통상보다 조금 많은 편임.

Glorious Sakurajima
Pros:

Wonderful contemporary corner room with view of the volcano. Lovely onsen. Good gym. Gnerally a modern, slick hotel

Cons:

We had to wait 30 mina for breakfast. Staff were very kind but i think with some more planning and efficiency measures in place, the breakfast experience would improve

打開門那一刻印入眼簾的是完整的櫻島，非常震撼。湯屋有室內與半露天，涼涼的天氣泡著熱熱的湯，舒服。當天外出時路上飄著小雨，服務人員貼心的遞出雨傘，讓我們免於淋雨。

Luxuriöses Hotel mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Sakurajima
Pros:

Der Blick vom sehr grossen, luxuriösen Zimmer auf den Sakurajima jeden Morgen bei Sonnenaufgang war spektakulär.
Das Personal beim Helpdesk war zuvorkommend, kompetent und hilfsbereit.
Das Onsen war teilweise im Freien, sauber und erholsam.

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

Kagoshima was an amazing hotel to stay in not far from the tram either to get you in and out of the city where there was plenty of places to eat. The breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from and endless supply of coffee was given when you asked. The rooms were beautiful and we had one that over looked the volcano very well appointed and everything you needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly thank you for our wonderful stay. They had parking at the back of the hotel at a fee.
