後門密碼鎖有一點難開，需多嘗試幾次
沒有電梯，大型行李箱會有點辛苦
一階のエントランスでいつでもゆっくり過ごせた。
寝室とロッカー室が一緒で早朝やら夜中やらガサガサうるさかった。
トイレ、シャワー室も同じ部屋で気の利かない方はドッタンバッタンうるさかった。
Beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. Good amount of bathrooms and space for dressing, good privacy in the shared rooms. The space downstairs was peaceful, and the staff were so friendly.
The location isn’t the greatest, it’s about a 25 minute walk into Ueno, or 10 minutes to the train station to take you into town. But that’s not the property’s fault, just something to consider.

Friendly and helpful staffs
The single room was very small and it was within the shared spaces with the dorm. The room was not fully sealed by walls, so you can still hear people/causes noises. Not worth the price if you are looking for a room with privacy. No elevator. Only able to take shower in the shared showers each floor at 08:00-23:00 (but floor 1, only one shower for the whole building), not practical for early morning. The location was quite far from metros (10-15 min walk)

員工服務很好！入住前可以免費寄放行李，退房後寄放行李要500日幣。房間有置物櫃還不錯可以放包包，行李箱只能找空位放地上。

The bed is spacious. Has a lounge area to eat and a microwave to cook. Can buy drinks from the vending machine.
No stove to cook on. The room smells from breaths of people breathing but no problem once the window is opened. However, other guests close it if they find it cold.
