The right choice for solo traveller.
Pros:

Great location - very close to UENO st. (Precisely Iriya Gate). It made catching any early shinkansen possible & super easy in just 5-10 mins walk. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Security & Safety. The facilities are also well-maintained.

Cons:

There is only one bathroom on the 1st floor, with the shower and vanity in the same room, available after 11:00 p.m. Understandably, but there should be at least one more bathroom.

Good to stay!
Pros:

Just 10 minutes' walk from the metro in a prime strategic location, with easy airport access. The common area was lovely and everything spotlessly clean.

Cons:

No elevator though, and no assistance with heavy suitcases up to the 4th floor.

Pros:

衛浴很乾淨，員工都會主動幫忙check-in，遇到問題員工也都能幫忙解決。一樓有提供碗、盤等餐具能自由使用，也有熱水、微波爐，吃便利商店或是泡麵都沒有問題。雖然沒有電梯，但是大行李也可以放在一樓，一樓有大型裡的鎖和小物品的鎖。

Cons:

I just wonder, why there's no key for the room (mix gender). It seems like there's a key for female room.

整體來說很ok~旅程是早出晚歸的話，cp值蠻高的，交通在上野站也很方便
Pros:

整體蠻乾淨的，服務人員都好、很親切

Cons:

睡覺的地方可以放的格子有點少，只有插座和衣架，但沒什麼大礙

この立地と価格でこのサービスはとても良いと思います。また機会があればぜひ泊まりたいです。
Pros:

ラウンジに電子レンジやトースター、ポット、給水機などがあり、滞在には困らない感じでした。ラウンジは広々として使いやすかったです。

Cons:

室内着はレンタル含めありませんので、持参する必要があります。客室フロアが少し臭かったです。

Pros:

Bien situé par rapport à la station Ueno, le lieu offre une proximité de services tout en restant dans une secteur tranquille. Les rideaux très opaques des lieux permettent de ne pas être dérangé par la lumière ambiante du dortoir (mon lit était face aux toilettes et je n'ai pas été importuné durant leur utilisation nocturne. Comme les capsules sont plus que des lits superposés, ils offrent aussi une protection acoustique supplémentaire.

Cons:

Je pense qu'une serviette pourrait être prêté au même titre que les draps et ajouterait un confort supplémentaire, assurément surtout la journée du départ vers l'aéroport. Mais on peut toujours en louer une à prix modique.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Great facilties. Great location. 7/11 and lawson only less than a minute away.
It was my second stay here, and once again I'm very pleased. Thank you Hostel Jaz!

Cons:

The first time I stayed here in 2023 there was an overhead locker in the pod, this time there wasn't. There was smaller lockers near reception for it instead, but I would've felt more comfortable and safer knowing my items were secure in my pod.
