朝食が美味しい。

Cons:

満室により暖房がうまく効かず寒かった。スタッフに声をかけ暖房をリセットいただき、なんとか効くようになった。

隔音和空間非常好，住宿整體來說都很舒適，但是房務跟服務真的有待加強

空間很大，房間舒適，備品充足，位置很棒

Cons:

1.整潔度有待加強，連續住一週左右，有2天白色杯子裡面有咖啡漬
2.希望多提供水，留了字條給房務人員也沒有留意
3.選擇到店付款，當天入住就刷了房費，信用卡也已經扣到款了，退房時櫃檯還是堅持之前的是訂金，要整筆刷退再重新結帳，對於國外旅客這樣的機制非常不便利
4.請飯店服務人員協助叫計程車，因為距離過短，服務人員表現出訕笑的表情，令人不適

What is there not to like about this...the location is right in the middle of town and right above the metro.Direct access is only by stair at exit 1. The staff and service was excellent from start to finish. Got an ealry check In, which I believe is a sign of a great hotel especially i Japan.They are usually very strict on check in times...oh and we got upgraded as well. Now the room. Has a wet room bath and shower which is huge. Great king sized bed looking out of a giant window. Very stylish and a full mini bar. Fluffy towels and great amenities. Turn down service which was great. Oh and did I mention the bath robes fitted. Great on-site restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Nagoya.
