Super zentrale Lage
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage und wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, was in Japan eher selten vorkommt. Das Zimmer war zwar klein und bot wenig Stauraum für zwei Koffer, dafür gab es kostenlose Getränke in der Lobby und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Pros:

Hôtel très propre et très bien situé pour visiter Kyoto. Néanmoins nous sommes un peu déçus du petit déjeuner : peu de places assisses, choix et quantités limités.

Pros:

We had an amazing experience overall! The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. The room was nice and a bit more spacious compared to others in Japan, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel also has a really great Thai restaurant that we really enjoyed.

I don't really like having an indoor smoking area that was really small and with no seats. Didn't really have any vegetarian options to eat at the restaurant.

Compact mais agréable
Pros:

Hôtel situé à 5min à pied des stations Karasuma Gojo ou Shijo (Karasuma Line) donc très pratique. Quartier mignon, calme avec petites boutiques et restaurants locaux. Il y a un FamilyMart et un drugstore Sugi à 1min à pied ; environ 15min à pied du Nishiki Market ; coin laundry à 5min à pied.
Même si l'accueil peut donner une impression "hôtel dortoir", le personnel était très agréable, souriant et disponible en cas de besoin.
Coussins et matelas confortable.
Nous avons profité un soir pour diner au restaurant thaïlandais de l’hôtel, et c'était excellent ! Un DJ était présent (ce qui n'est pas le cas tous les soirs). Nous craignions une ambiance un peu trop bruyante mais au final l'atmosphère était très cosy, la musique était parfaitement dosée.
Dans sa gamme de prix, l'hôtel est bien.

Cons:

La chambre était petite pour nous (nous avions 3 grosses valises, 1 valise cabine et un sac à dos) mais à noter qu'il y a quand même la possibilité de les glisser sous l’armature du lit (sommier en tatami).
Couette petite.
La cabine de douche était petite également, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tous les gabarits.
Pas de rangement pour les vêtements. Porte manteau avec 2 cintres. Donc soit il faut les laisser dans votre valise, soit les mettre sur le tatami ou la petite banquette.
Même si la chambre est compacte, elle reste bien agencée et fonctionnelle. Donc si vous cherchez une chambre spacieuse, ce n'est pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut.
