Pros:

全室露天風呂付きと記載がありましたが、1階の部屋だった為か、半露天風呂という感じでした。(窓が半分空くだけ)
ただ、景色はとても良く部屋もとても清潔でしたし、お菓子や飲み物等サービスが豊富で満足です。また、テレビはYouTube等閲覧出来て感動しました。周辺地域で吊り橋や牧場など観光出来る所が多くありました。

We had a very relaxing family holiday here. There were hardly any other guests when we stayed, and it was almost like having a private resort.The restaurant staff made us two lovely dinners and breakfasts, the first dinner was an intricate kaiseki spread, and the second was delicious grilled steak. Breakfast had plenty of options for both Japanese and Western style meals. The lounge area provided all the drinks and snacks and cup noodles we wanted, and we had a very nice walk around, and up into a snowy area by the river. It was nice to relax in our own private onsen tubs whenever we liked. The surrounding town is pretty quiet, and we didn’t have much time to explore it, but the river and woods are very beautiful.

改装工事中だったので、夕食も朝食もなかったです。部屋は清潔で、部屋に広い露天風呂があって、テレビも大きくて、テレビの向きを変えて、風呂に入りながら、Netflixで映画を楽しみました。部屋自体についてとても好印象です。

唯一印象が悪かったのは：スタッフの態度でした。眼鏡かけた男性スタッフの態度はとても悪かったです。せっかくいいホテルなのに一人のスタッフで台無しです。不愉快な印象がどうしても残ります。

来年も紅葉を見に行くので、そのころはもう改装工事が終わってるかな？夕食朝食も含めてもう一度泊まってみたいです。

Pros:

個室の半露天風呂は最高でした！
ただ、寝室もお風呂の間にドアが無いため、寝る時もお水の流れる音が聞こえて寝つきにくかったです。

Pros:

清掃も丁寧にしてあり、川の側で景色も良くとても良い宿泊が出来ました。
