大雪で家に帰れなくて選択なしの宿泊でした
Pros:

オーシャンビューは綺麗

Cons:

全てがセルフで夕食も有料のカップラーメンまたは冷凍食品弁当のみ。
ラウンジが広くてものすごく寒かった。暖房も入ってなく、入れてもらいましたがそれでも寒かったのでリラックスできませんでした。

Pros:

Killer view and great location in accordance to Futo station. About 1/2 hr walk to Konibini and 15 minutes to ocean. Unfortunately there was loads of dust and general uncleanieness. Bathrooms were clean

二階から夜まで物音がして不愉快な宿泊でした、
連絡先にSNSしたが通信不可。
夜中に蝉がリビングをいて驚いた。
金額に満たなかった感じで階段もハードでした。

Not preferable for couples and families with children. But might be good for bachelors budget stay

Location not far from sightseeing places, which I want to go. Front office staff seems good.

Cons:

I look at the review rating and the review comments and descriptions written by the hotel at Booking.com. But actual Building is old, poorly cleaned and maintained, not good for couples and families stay. There is centipede found in the toilet. Toilet flush not properly working. Bath room not very clean and no refill with good branded bath fluids. Found big spider in bed room.

around 80 % of the common area was crammed with children's toys (even parts of the dining area)

In my small room, one of the wardrobe doors was screwed shut and could not be opened

There was only one ceiling light in the room, the switch was by the entrance door - there were no bedside lamps (I had to use my headlamp when I wanted to go to bed or if I wanted to read before going to sleep)

Communication was poor. I waited four days for an answer to one of my questions and only received an answer after I asked twice. (via booking)

There was no choice at breakfast. There was one dish for everyone and there was only coffee. I wasn't even asked if I would like tea.

Breakfast was placed on the tables long before the guests arrived for breakfast. This meant that the breakfast was cold when you arrived at your table.
