アンパンマンミュージアムに近い。子供を連れて部屋から出て、エレベーターで裏口から出てすぐのところにあり、ちょっとした散歩の気分でミュージアムに行ける。

Cons:

隣にアリーナがあり、アイドルかバンドが来るようで客がヒルトンの周りにたむろしていた。主に成人するかしないかくらいの女性だが、集団ではなく1人1人点々として壁に背を持たれて座っており、非常に不気味な印象をもった。

素敵なホテルが台無しです

体が不自由なので、Kアリーナ横という立地はとても有り難く、イベントの時に利用させていただきました。

Cons:

Hiltonなら安心と思っていましが、ホテルによって質が異なるのですね。
一度目は部屋の冷蔵庫が入っている棚の扉が壊れていたり、タオルが新品のまま？で全身がケバケバになったり残念な気持ちになりました。
前回がたまたまかなと思い、もう一度利用させていただいた今回、スタッフの連携が取れていないというか、1人ひとりが責任を持って対応していただけない対応がとても残念でした。
