エントランスの若手の男性の対応、笑顔が素晴らしかったこと。

受付でおすすめの場所を聞くと、
地図に丸をつけながら、丁寧に説明してくれたこと。

Cons:

建物ばかりで、海が見えなかったこと💦

受付の女性が下向いて作業していて、近づいても無言で作業続けていたこと。
いったん、目を合わせて少々お待ちくださいと言えた距離にいました。
（ハーフの人？）
ご自身の作業終わってからは普通に対応していただけました。

Best Hotel for attending concerts at the K-Arena
Pros:

If you are attending a concert at the K-Arena this hotel is the best spot, super comfortable beds, lots of room for luggage, clean and modern washroom. Daily housekeeping and great breakfast buffet. Nearby Lawson if you prefer convbini foods.

If you wish to eat somewhere else other than Hotel restaurant, one other nearby or Lawson conbini foods, other nearest restaurants are a bit of a walk up to 20min

庶民の私に人生１番の高級ホテル！
Pros:

ホテルの備品のクオリティ高く、コーヒーも美味しかった。隣接の横浜Kアリーナのライブの遠征で利用したのですが、チェックインの時間より早く到着しそうだと事前に連絡していたら、優先して清掃してくれたらしく到着したらすぐに部屋に入れてくれて助かりました。

Cons:

私が悪いのですが、コーヒーメーカーの近くの照明が暗く、説明読み間違えてコーヒーをこぼしてしまった。もう少し照明が明るければ。

Kアリーナに行くならここ一択
Pros:

Kアリーナのライブで利用しました。立地は最高でした。WiFiも快適に使えたし、色んなところにコンセントがあって便利でした。

Cons:

概ね快適なんですが、バスルームにタオルかける所がなかったり、バスローブが風呂場の外の棚の高い位置にあったりして使って欲しくないのかなと思ったり。微妙に痒いところに手が届かない感じがしました。
