Quiet well located hotel with lovely helpful staff.
Pros:

Quiet location but near the sights of Kyoto. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

I had forgotten breakfast was not offered and wished we didn’t have to go find it everyday.

Pros:

It was clean and there was ample amenities in the lobby to choose from. I love the coffee and tea in the lobby too. The receptionists were friendly and polite.
