Conveniently placed hotel in the Hamamatsucho area
Pros:

Location is great and staff are very helpful. Conveniently close to restaurants and public transport around Tokyo and to the airport. Front desk staff were happy to assist when I left an item from my last hotel. Communication was excellent and very professional and prompt.

Cons:

When there was no one at the front desk, a cleaning staff walked by and I asked if I could get some assistance to call someone back to the front desk, but they said sorry and went their way. Not a big deal but a suggestion for the future is to give some training to other staff to assist guests for certain scenarios.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable and well located in a quiet area but easy access to local rail station for quick access to all areas of Tokyo.

Cons:

Nothing to really dislike about the property - we knew it wasn’t going to be huge!

Pros:

Clean room, bed and pillows, washing machine and dryer all in one machine. 5 minutes easy walk to train station, restaurants , bakery, convenient store are just nearby

It felt like we had our own little apartment!
Pros:

Clean, good amenities, near a good station. Stylish. Bakery and coffee shop nearby were very good.

I will very happily stay in your facilities again.
Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness, welcoming, all top notch.

Cons:

I think a slight reorganization of the furniture would’ve made a big difference in the smooth usage of the room.

It was a little troubling to go the work/coffee table by crab walking past the bed.

Pros:

The superior apartment was big. Enough space to store 2 suitcases. From the high floor you have a nice view to the Tokyo Tower. The neighbourhood itself was quiet. Supermarkets, konbinis, cafes, drugstores were around.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The location is not in the center but for me it was ok, because there is a JR and metro. Also the monorail directly to Haneda Airport is there as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was some kind of noise from outside at night that kept me awake. But Idk, if it came from neighbour or whatever. That was the only negative point to mention
