値段と宿泊施設やサービスが不釣り合い
Pros:

飲み物飲み放題
でも必要ない、自分の好きな飲み物を頼めるスタイルの方が良い

Cons:

料金が高い割に、部屋の作りは普通、食事会場も夜からバイキングスタイルはうるさいし、人が歩くたびに何度もバタバタ揺れるし、埃っぽいし、とにかく落ち着かない。学食の雰囲気。
部屋の電話もなく、各階エレベーターホールに共用の電話が1台あるだけ。
出迎えや帰りのスタッフの対応は一切なく、部屋に行くのも付き添いなど無し。
旅館のつもりで予約したが、普通の古くからのビジネスホテルを少し大きくして、内装を旅館風に改装した感じ。

Pros:

お部屋も広くゆっくり過ごせました。
朝食も美味しい焼き魚や、色々と楽しめました。

Cons:

全館一括空調と思いますが、3月で朝から日が当たると暑くなり、冷房が効かなかったので窓が少ししか開かないので汗かきました。

Great stay! We loved having access to breakfast and dinner buffet. The onsen was a highlight to our sta!
Pros:

We loved the onsen facilities - multiple pools with different water temperature! We tried them all! The outdoor onsen was our favorite. Loved having complementary tea in the room. The room was very clean and just the right size for us. We took advantage of the breakfast and dinner buffet - lots of yummy options.

Cons:

It’s an adjustment to sleep on a futon bed. The kids loved it but o found the pillows extremely hard. Woke up with a sore neck.

嬉野の愛
Pros:

温泉では嬉野の建物と山々の景色が見ることができました！とても綺麗でした。部屋も美しく過ごしやすい空間でした。他の施設もとても充実しており、ただ泊まるだけではなくずっといられるような素晴らしい空間でした。朝食はビッフェ形式で豪華で美味しすぎました。旅館のスタッフさんはとても優しく丁寧な接客はもちろん、愛情が伝わるいい方達でした！また泊まりにいきます！

Pros:

ホテルでゆっくりくつろげました。
食事も適量のお皿で色んな種類があり大変満足しています。
お風呂は泉質はさすが嬉野の良い泉質で、お風呂はしっかりと清掃が行き届いていました。
大変リラックスできた1泊でした。

Cons:

布団が埃っぽいのか、就寝時間はくしゃみが止まらず。
花粉の飛散がひどいタイミングでしたが、夜間までくしゃみがなかった事を考えると、布団のホコリの可能性があるかなと。
少し残念でした。
布団をはたくなど、普段の清掃を徹底していただけるとありがたいです。

The open-air hot spring was spacious and quite relaxing.

Cons:

The receptionist was unfriendly when I asked about souvenir shops. The bathroom floor creaked, which was a bit bothersome. The meals were buffet-style, but the selection and quality could be improved.
