Demasiado ruido exterrno qué llega a las habitaciónes El ruido de ambulancias y otros servicios similares no te permite dormir sin sobresaltos. La escalera de acceso al loby es muy complicada. Potencialmente puede haber un accidente.

Nothing could be done about the small rooms but they made the most of it with the size they had to work with
Great location (though spent some time to find the hotel, as Shinjuku station is very busy/complicated). Room is very clean and spacious than any other hotel in Tokyo (in my opinion). Staffs are very kind. There is a kitchen where you can drink coffee and have some pastries.
Not so much, it was sometimes noisy outside. But it did not bother me.
The hotel is very cool with a great vibe! DJ, art exhibition room and young people. Very well located, close to Shinjuku station! There is coffee, tea and some pastry in the mornings. Rooms are small, but clean. Cool bar/restaurant at the hotel with a good food and local crowd. Happy we ate dinner there. Absolutely recommended!
It was a bit loud outside at nights, like ambulance or police sound. If you are sensitive use earplugs, it worked for me.
The location is decent-short walk from the station and slightly away from the hustle and bustle.
Room fairly decent size, had great toiletries available and staff were very helpful (and spoke English), had a very reasonable self-service laundry services.

Hotel on main road- I enjoyed the view but this does come with police/ambulance silence.
Had to leave my bags unattended to go up the stairs and ask hotel staff to change the direction of the escalator.

The location was really close to some great restaurants and the facilities were clean and well structured
The a/c wasn't working because they were transitioning systems. The only option was to open the windows but mine opened to the back of Restaurants so it made the room smell like food.
