Great hotel in an outstanding location!
Pros:

Excellent location! Right in the heart of Shinjuku!

Cons:

The only negative was that our air conditioner wasn’t working which left our room quite hot to sleep in

Nice hotel, great location but the room should be more comfortable.
Pros:

Great location, modern hotel with all you need, helpful staff, small but nice breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

The room was very stuffy and this made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Also there was no natural light.

The hotel ruined my first experience in Tokyo!!!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

Spent 4 nights with no working AC and there was no fan in the room. Instead the staff suggested that if I do get hot, I should crack the window open. Each time o did, the smoke from the restaurant grill next door would fill the room and it was impossible to get a shut eye. This hotel was my biggest mistake in Tokyo!

The place has an exceptionally cool vibe. Loved it 😊
Pros:

Very good location!
Cool space to sit and drink tea with friends/family.

Cons:

Nice position but not overly clean or comfortable
Pros:

Position was great. Handy to the station

Cons:

There was no air con. The room was stuffy and required a pedestal fan to make it bearable. There were significant stains on the carpet. Dirty windows.
