Perfect Spot

Exceeded my expectation. Best location.
Pros:

Location - few minutes walk from Shinjuku station and most Shinjuku tourist spots
Friendly staff - welcoming and polite
Quick check in and check out - if they send you an email asking for your info and details beforehand, fill it up so you dont need to do it when you arrive (saves time).
Room - spacious enough for 1 person compared to other small Tokyo hotel rooms (I can open my large luggage with room to move about). Plus point, I had a view of street from my room. Pillows and bed were very comfy too.
Cleanliness of room - 9.5/10 (almost perfect except the glass window, but I guess couldn't be helped as the window can't be rotated to be wiped).
Free toiletries from reception - good quality. I really appreciate this coz you can choose what you want and how much you need.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever decided to stay again in the busy Shinjuku area, I would definitely book here again.

Cons:

Nothing!

But if you have lots of heavy luggage (luckily I only have 1 luggage) it might be tricky to use the slim escalator going to 2F for the reception. Lift only starts from reception area (2F). But this is just 1 floor up, nothing too great of a setback.

Pros:

right in the heart of Shinjuku without being in the crazy areas! The staff were great and we loved the complimentary pastries in the mornings.

The bed and pillows weren't the best

Amazing location
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Right by Shinjuku station, can get anywhere in Tokyo very easily as the station has many lines and railways. The airport express train also stops at Shinjuku

Cons:

Double beds couldn't be squished together because the nightstand in the way is affixed to the wall.

Exterior pretty grubby, smoking venue downstairs, smallish room for price, craft beers eye wateringly expensive - drink from 7/11 instead.

great stay
Pros:

loved the location, and the breakfast was also good.
We stayed for a week and its an great hub to discover the city.

Cons:

the rooms where a bit hot, i had an window that i could open to fix this but my friends all had windows that could not open.

A secure and convenient stay in the heart of Shinjuku
Pros:

This hotel felt safe and secure despite being so close to Shinjuku - evenings were quiet and I was able to sleep easily without earplugs. The laundry and dryer was a convenient aspect of the hotel, and the common area was useful for when I needed to get some work done. Very easy to navigate to from Shinjuku Station, and staff were helpful. Good vibes.

Cons:

A little pricey, but perhaps to be expected in this part of Tokyo
