Pros:

ホテルより安く家族で泊まれて良かった。

Cons:

清掃してるのかな？と思うほど床は靴下真黒になりました。、食器汚れてました。、棚の上は、埃だらけでした。
コンビニが知覚になく不便でした。
フライパン使えるのかな？と思うほどフッ素コーティング剥がれていました。
使いませんでした。

The pictures was the best thing about this apartment.

Cons:

There was an advertised price and a cleaning fee equal to the fee of the stay. So one pays double the advertised price.

If the cleaning fee is so high one would expect the property to be clean.
It was absolutely filthy. The windows the aircon, everywhere was dust and blocked sink and hair in the basin.

外国人旅行者向けの不衛生な民泊です。

感情通沿いでアクセスが良い

Cons:

不潔です。玄関からまず埃やゴミが四隅に溜まっている。フローリングは一歩踏むだけでベタつきがありスリッパ無しではとても歩けない。子どもがいたのですぐにドラッグストアで床拭き用のシートを購入し床掃除、真っ黒でした。お風呂は水垢だらけでタイルも黒ずんでいる。全て掃除してから使用しました。カトラリーもいつの汚れかわからない水滴が付いていたり、換気扇やエアコンにはカビた埃が付着しているなど、とても整備しているとは思えない環境でした。外国人向けの民泊とは理解していましたが、ここまでとは思いませんでした。スタッフの対応がとても良かっただけに、非常に残念です。

Overall a nice stay. Would come here again if I stayed in Sapporo.
Pros:

Very big for a Japanese apartment. I enjoyed that compared to a tiny hotel room or other cramped apartments. It was about a 12 minute walk from the train station - which is decently located and not too far. Taxis were plenty available. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Answered all questions and was very prepared. I was impressed with the service.

Cons:

It could have been a little bit cleaner. The floors were sticky. But slippers were available so no big deal. Other than that no complaints. The rest of the apartment was clean and stocked with all needs.

4歳と2歳の子を連れての家族旅行でしたが、ホテルより気を遣わなくて良いので良かったです。
