Pros:

Conviently located between 2 stations. The room was clean and just as shown in the photo with 3 beds. A little bit tight.

Great staff, air conditioned room, good selection of free products to use if needed (shampoo conditioner and body wash in bathroom, toothbrush, tea coffee etc could be collected from reception), kept our bags for us for a few hours once we had checked out. Free gift on arrival which was super sweet! Bathroom had great water pressure.

Location was great, short walk to Shinsaibashisuji.

Downsides: very small room for 2 people, no view. But we didn't need it as we were out all day!

Pros:

Stanza microscopica, sotto il livello minimo di sopravvivenza, non si riesce neanche ad aprire una valigia. Livello di pulizia inaccettabile, peli ovunque e un odore terribile nella stanza, non potendo aprire la finestra. L'aria condizionata punta direttamente sul cuscino. Colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità, oltretutto personale stranamente scortese per essere Giappone.

良い点: ツインのお部屋はとても開放感がありとても良かったです。3泊までは清掃なしで環境への配慮◎。

悪い点: 部屋のマグカップが油？洗剤？透明のヌルヌルしたものがついていた。洗ってから使った方がよし。バスルーム、特にシャワースペースがかなり狭い。今まで宿泊したビジネスホテルの中ではダントツの狭さ。部屋にパジャマは付いていません。あてにしていたので焦りました。小さな冷蔵庫で冷凍機能は無し。猛暑の中、凍らせたいものがあったため残念。

2泊したが枕が臭い。洗っていない臭いだ。交換はすぐしてもらえた。部屋は狭い。シャワーの水圧は強くて良い。冷蔵庫はよく冷える。荷物を預かってもらえて助かる。

万博とユニバに行くために3人で3泊利用させて頂きました。部屋は3人が使うには少し窮屈でしたが、カフェテリアを使って食事などをしていたのでそこまで不十分ではなかったです。無料でスープやコーヒーをいただけて良かったです。ホテルの最寄り駅である、堺筋本町駅は利便性が良かったですが駅から10分離れてい歩くのがめんどくさかったです。タオルはフロントの前の棚から取っていく方式でしたが補充されていない時がありました。総合的に値段を考えていいホテルでした。

部屋は快適です。最寄り駅にも近く、周辺にはコンビニやレストランも多く便利な場所にあります。タオル等のアミニティがフロント前にあるのですが、結構棚から無くなっていることが多かったです。

Helpful staff in the city centre. Facilities were expected with access to drinking water and hot drinks for guests. There is a washing machine downstairs which is helfpyfor guests. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, however the small room was challenge for us with four large luggages. Thanks.
