初めて利用。スタッフみなさん印象良い。受付の声が小さく聞き取りづらかったです。部屋では皆さん静かでしたが１時半ごろから荷物の整理を始める方が。出入り口前に自分家かのようにスーツケースを開いたままペットボトルも道を塞ぐように置かれ朝までありました。シャワー個室の換気扇は回らないのでしょうか、カビが気になりました。カプセル内は無臭なのが良かったです。換気扇が改善したらまた泊まりたいです

Pleasant stay in Yokohama
Pros:

The space is very well organized. The lockers are separated from the capsules on different floors which is a bit inconvenient. Some of the staff were nice and helpful.

ライブのためこちらのホテルを利用させていただきました。
駅から近く、ライブ終わりすぐにホテルにたどり着けたのは本当に助かりました。
施設内も掃除が行き届いてる印象があり、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。
チェックイン開始時間はフロントに人が10人前後と並んでいましたが、受付はスムーズだったのでそこまで待ちませんでした。
受付からすぐ近くに個人ロッカーがあり、荷物はリュックサック程の荷物なら入りました。
スーツケースについて、私は持っていなかったのですが、寝室近くにセキュリティワイヤーみたいなものがあったので、他の方はそこに保管されていました。
シャワー室は掃除が行き届いてました。他の方が使った直後だと、少し髪の毛が落ちてることはあります。
アクセスいいのでまた使うことあると思います。

The place is in a convenient location. So l am quite happy that l can easily walk around the city. Staff is kind and helpful, thank you:) Overall it is a clean place. But, check-in time is quite late and check out is early, luggage store not that very convenient, also asking from customer taking out your beddings :(
