-ห้องพักมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยได้เยอะ พัก3คนกำลังดี เตียงกว้างทั้ง 3เตียง มีโต๊ะนั่งกินข้าว มีมุมทำครัว และชอบที่แยกฝั่งส้วมกับอาบน้ำ มีพื้นที่หน้าห้องน้ำสำหรับอ่างล้างหน้า เครื่องซักผ้า
-ทำเลดี สำหรับการเดินเที่ยวใกล้ห้าง canal city สามารถเดินไปฝั่งtenjinแค่เดินข้ามแม่น้ำ และเดินเที่ยวฝั่งสถานีฮากาตะก็ไม่เกิน1km

-ทำเล ถ้ามีสัมภาระเยอะเดินจากสถานีฮากาตะค่อนข้างไกล ต้องนั่งtaxi หรือขึ้นรถเมล์มา
-ที่พัก ไม่มีถุงใส่ขยะไว้เปลี่ยน พัก6คืน ต้องหาถุงจากการช้อปปิ้งมาเปลี่ยน ไม่รู้จุดทิ้งขยะเลยใช้วิธีวางหน้าห้องบางวันมีคนเก็บให้

Spacious and comfortable place to stay in Fukuoka
Pros:

Few minutes walk to convenience store, and Canal City. Room is spacious for 4 people, can fit 5 adults.

Cons:

Bathroom floor and sink have pinkish molds 🤢
10min to the closest subway station.. a bit far especially if traveling with kids or older citizens

유치원생아이들과함께한 후쿠오카여행 숙소후기
Pros:

좋았던점은 식기류가구비되어있고 근처 편의점도가깝고, 캐널시티에 가장가까웠던점입니다(늦게까지 영업함,포장가능한 음식점들있음)
또 세탁기도있어 6살8살아이들 옷을빨수있어서 좋았습니다
또한 침실과 거실이 분리되어있어서 아이들재워놓고 야식먹기도좋았습니당(식탁?있음)
일본숙소치곤 넓었어요 그리고 베란다에 강뷰가 좋습니다ㅎㅎ
그리고 제일중요한 카펫이 아니어서 좋았어요
애들이 과자뿌스러기나, 물같은거흘려도 바로치울수있고 카펫먼지마실일도없고..
침구류도 냄새안나고 깔끔했습니다(살짝 매트리스가꺼진거같지만..)
일본날씨가 한국마냥 춥지않아서 히터도안틀고 그냥잤는데도 입,코,얼굴이 건조하지않아서 좋았습니당

Cons:

흠..구석구석 자세히보면 먼지가보였고..(걸레받이등, 오랫동안 청소하지않은 그런먼지..)화장실에 핑크곰팡이가있었습니다(흐린눈장착)
하지만 이런거저런거다따지면 이돈에 이만한숙소는없는거같아요 대체적으로 만족해요👍🏻

A short 5 minute walk to the Canal City shopping centre, nearby laundromat and night market located along the riverside.
Very nice view of the river, however, if a few high chairs for the balcony use would be nice.

子連れ家族での滞在にはとてもマッチしていました
Pros:

・キャナルシティ至近の立地
・快適なベッドと広さ
・6人分のカトラリーが常備してあり、家族で食事が取れる
・大きなコンビニが近く長期滞在向き

Cons:

・ドアの建具が壊れていた
・ベッド下の清掃が不十分
・お湯と水の切り替えが極端すぎて、やけどしそうになる

住宿位置不錯，晚上也很安靜，但房內設施不符需求。
Pros:

1.交通位置便利，離地鐵站約走路12分鐘
2.周圍機能不錯，有便利商店(7-11)、許多餐廳、博多運河城、業務超市。

Cons:

1.浴室沒有乾燥設備，若有洗衣，晾乾衣服需要更長的時間，不太方便。
2.入住第一晚兩台暖氣中其中有一台不聽遙控器使喚，運作異常。
3.因是冬天旅遊，床頭的位置後方是陽台且面向博多河，晚上睡覺時會有冷風從窗戶灌進來並直接對著頭吹。
