最高に楽しい宿泊でした！
Pros:

とてもお安く泊まらせていただきました。
ベッドも、３つありとても過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

とても快適だったのですが、子供達がまだ小さく、3人ともベッドから寝相が悪く落ちました。

Pros:

位置距離運河城很近，但與博多車站步行有點距離，建議有行李直接搭計程車過去。
自助checkin 手續滿便利的。
在3月眾多貴到沒天理的房價中，此間價位合理很多。
離開飯店後不小心遺落物品，感謝人員很迅速的協助處理！

Cons:

行李寄放處的鎖有不少壞掉無法使用的，如果可以更新會更好。
枕頭有點高。
不知道是不是因為河邊風比較大的關係，窗戶會發出像哨子的異音，床又靠在窗邊睡覺會一直聽到聲音，要把窗戶打開聲音才會消失，但就會聽到樓上房客的聲音

Cons:

There is no writing if late checkout there have a late free . But suddenly they asked for the late fee for 1 hour 3000 yen . For 1 hour 30 minutes I need to pay 6000yen .

Great location with easy access to some tourist spots!!

Cons:

Unstaffed reception was fine, but the lockers were only secured with cable locks, and some people had locked them without even storing any luggage. We contacted the staff to have them unlocked so we could use them until checkin time. However, the staff weren’t very friendly and told us it would take more than 4hours for someone to come which would have been around 5PM, even later than the checkin time. In the end, we had to go back to the nearest major sta (Hakata Sta) to store our luggage:(

L'équipement,surtout la cuisine
L'éclairage du salon avec télécommande.
Grand logement.

Cons:

Pas de personnel. Le check in est virtuel et se fait sur tablette. Si vous ne parlez pas anglais ou japonais, passez à une autre adresse.
Lors du check in, on demande une chambre en étage élevé avec vue sur le fleuve.
On sera au 1F, en rez-de-chaussée.
Le placard du salon n'avait pas de porte
On entendait les bruits des pas des voisins du dessus.
Parfois, le wifi était lent.
Parfois, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude puis elle revenait.
Il y avait une légère odeur de renfermé en entrant.
Le matelas est ultra ferme. On aime ou pas.
Nous étions, il y a 3 grands lits.
Attention, il y a un canapé 2 places et pas de chaises autour de la table.

Very good experience, nice place, very clean and comfortable
Good location. Staff is not on site but very quick to response, so no big issue (besides the check-in)

Cons:

Check-in process with unmanned iPad reception is terribly complicated, it gets even worse with paying accomodation tax by card. But besides this, all good.

חדרים ענקיים, מלון מצויד בכל מה שצריך כולל מיקרו שזה מעולה כשיש 7/11 קרוב, יש מרפסת עם נוף מעולה.
המיקום קרוב להרבה נקודות עניין. בסך הכל תמורה מעולה לכסף
אין אנשי צוות - הכל באופן אוטומטי. לי לא הפריע ואין ספק שמקבלים יותר תמורה בזכות החיסכון הזה

החשכת אור לא מוצלחת - למי שצריך חושך טוב כדי לישון. בחוץ יש קצת אור מהמסדרון שנכנס ובתוך החדר יש אור בנוסף מהמרפסת בגלל שהוילונות לא מחשיכי אור. לא משהו רציני אבל למי שמפריע לו…

Tolles Zimmer, sehr geräumig, sauber, hell, modern und eine tolle Lage. Würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen und auch wieder buchen, wenn ich in der Gegend wäre.

Cons:

für uns war der Kontakt ohne richtigen Empfang in Ordnung aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es für ältere Personen eventuell etwas schwierig werden könnte.

Pros:

住宿地點算便利，附近有博多運河城，附近有全家及7-11及業務超市。
最近的車站是櫛田神社前站，走路約十分鐘左右，電梯出入口對面也有一間24小時的超市。

Cons:

窗戶氣密度不夠躺在窗邊床上都有咻咻聲，尤其是晚上睡覺時特別明顯。
