Location - a very short walk from Canal City and to local restaurants. It's a little bit further away from Hakata station, but nonetheless we were able to walk to/from there every day (less than 15 minutes). The surrounding area was very quiet and there is a konbini located at the next corner. We also liked the spaciousness - for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and 5 luggages, this was very important for us. The washer, large fridge, and microwave were also very useful.
Lack of place to sit down (apart from the bed). Would be nice to have a table and chairs in the balcony overlooking the river. More hangers and a clothesline would help with drying more laundry faster. The wifi was extremely slow, and although we messaged the property to fix it (including us manually restarting the router and the apartment breaker - first time for us to do this), it remained at a slow 5-15mbps during our stay.
Small clean full stocked apartment. Clean and tidy and quiet. Close to shops and restaurants. Safe and walkable.
There is no human contact so unable to comment on staff.

とてもお安く泊まらせていただきました。
ベッドも、３つありとても過ごしやすかったです。
とても快適だったのですが、子供達がまだ小さく、3人ともベッドから寝相が悪く落ちました。
位置距離運河城很近，但與博多車站步行有點距離，建議有行李直接搭計程車過去。
自助checkin 手續滿便利的。
在3月眾多貴到沒天理的房價中，此間價位合理很多。
離開飯店後不小心遺落物品，感謝人員很迅速的協助處理！
行李寄放處的鎖有不少壞掉無法使用的，如果可以更新會更好。
枕頭有點高。
不知道是不是因為河邊風比較大的關係，窗戶會發出像哨子的異音，床又靠在窗邊睡覺會一直聽到聲音，要把窗戶打開聲音才會消失，但就會聽到樓上房客的聲音
The location and easy access to the place
There is no writing if late checkout there have a late free . But suddenly they asked for the late fee for 1 hour 3000 yen . For 1 hour 30 minutes I need to pay 6000yen .

Great location with easy access to some tourist spots!!
Unstaffed reception was fine, but the lockers were only secured with cable locks, and some people had locked them without even storing any luggage. We contacted the staff to have them unlocked so we could use them until checkin time. However, the staff weren’t very friendly and told us it would take more than 4hours for someone to come which would have been around 5PM, even later than the checkin time. In the end, we had to go back to the nearest major sta (Hakata Sta) to store our luggage:(
