The room was very small, I didn’t like the sink outside the bathroom tight in the bedroom . The sheets weren’t clean and weren’t changed

Gostei do sanitário e o box deram reservados, ambos separados um do outro.

A pia muito próxima do carpete e faltou um espelho de corpo inteiro, um absurdo não ter isso.

We hadden een buitenzwembad verwacht a.d.h.v de foto's. De onsen was heerlijk maar het buitenbad was iets waar we erg naar uit gekeken hadden.

Location and internal design was excellent. Everybody was very helpful.

Cons:

Too much noise from the street during night but they can't do anything on this. Please ask for rooms that do not look to the main street side.

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación buen tamaño para ser Japón, con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Se demoraban algo en llegar los ascensores, son hartos pisos y hay solo 2.
