Amazing location
Pros:

The location is amazing ant you can’t get a better location in Osaka. Right next to Dotonbori and in the chua ward. Loads of restaurants and shops. Super night life. 10/15mins taxi ride to any attraction. The staff were helpful and offered umbrellas to all the guests when it rained.

Cons:

I found the pillows a little hard but my husband and daughter felt it was fine.

Pros:

Best buffet breakfast with above average coffee. Front desk service very warm and friendly. Spotless rooms and facilities. Central location. Short walk to trains.

Cons:

We had a faultless experience.

Great location to explore Osaka!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Shinsaibashi with all the luxury shops on your doorstep and Dotonburi a 10 minute walk away. There is also a temple in the main entrance!
The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was varied each day and delicious.
Our room had a window seating area that my husband loved and we could see the lights of Dotonburi which was exciting.
Having been to an Onsen in a previous hotel I was a bit apprehensive as I didn't love it - but this Onsen was lovely, clean, spacious. The outdoor pool was wonderful and refreshing!

Beds were a bit low and the cleaning schedule via tv didn’t submit correctly on the night we used it. It could have been a user error

Great location
Pros:

The location is perfect. Very central but also very quiet at night. The onsen upstairs is perfect, has warm bath inside and also cool bath outside. Very clean and well organised with all the items you may need after showering.

Cons:

The option to put a sign behind the door to get the room service.

Fantastic location for walking to sights, unique indoor/outdoor onsen facilities with a view!
Pros:

The location is amazing! Near so many things to walk to - Shinsaibashi, Dotonburi, Amerikamura, Orange St., Denden town. The best part is the roof deck onsen. Lovely facilities for bathing, traditional hot baths, cold plunge, and sauna, divided by gender. Part is indoors, part is outside. Made for a great start to the day and open early for those who are jet-lagged.

Cons:

The rooms are on the small side, but fairly typical for Japan. King bed was pushed up against a wall, so one person had to 'crawl' into bed. Breakfast had a ton of variety, but nothing tasted great enough to return to the next day. They are redoing breakfast service and raising the quality in April according to a sign.

A waste of time and money.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The personnel. Very rude. Arguing too much even when they are obviously wrong. Pressuring you for everything : from breakfast to check-out. Very unpleasant first night : the safe was broken in my room. They refused to move me to another room at first, started arguing with me about the low importance of a safe in the room, telling me I can leave my stuff of value at the reception… a joke. Then Finally moved me to a "better" room. Still everything was kind of cheap. I would not recommend this hotel.
