Great location. Be sure to get a room not overlooking a main road.
Pros:

Location! Right next to Dotonbori st.
Comfortable bed. Clean. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Our room was overlooking a main road and bikes were making terrible noise all night. The next night we were moved to another room which was quiet (but smaller).

Stay in a great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location is great, staff are friendly and hotel is clean. Shrine in front of hotel which is incredible! Rooms are a little small for the price point but I think the great location evens out price.

Cons:

A bit small
But it’s still a great hotel.

Fabulous base to explore and lots to do close by dinner and shopping

Honest review
Pros:

The location was great and it was surprisingly quiet in the room despite the busy streets below. The onsen was nice but the towel situation (they don't provide) was very annoying. The womans onsen was very clean but my partner saw a cockroach in the Men's.

Cons:

They did not do a full clean or even take away the dirty cups and glasses. To have a full clean you have to PAY extra, which seemed very unreasonable. The only thing they do on a daily basis is change the towels and bins.

The room was tiny and completely unsuitable for two adults with suitcases. There were no storage facilities and no room (comfortably) for two suitcases.

They do not supply towels in the onsen, which was just a bit inconvenient.

Very good value, comfortable for price.
Pros:

Lovely room, larger than expected with comfortable sofa. Great service. Rooftop shared sento/onsen was a very nice experience.

Cons:

Room could be slightly larger, but it was nonetheless an excellent room making for a very comfortable stay. Sauna was too hot for my liking.
