Pros:

住宅街に位置しており場所が少し分りずらかったです。観光へ出かける際のアクセスはバスを利用するならばとても便利に思います。お部屋はシンプルで清潔でした。お部屋の壁にかかっているアートもcoolでしたが若い方向けのお部屋かなと感じました。とても残念に思った点はタオル類がとても薄くてクオリティもとても低く大変残念でした。隣の部屋なのか別フロアのお部屋か分かりませんが夜遅くに大音量でしばらくの間音楽をかけていてとても迷惑でした。
