Pros:

Location is good, just a min walking distant to the main street. Do provide diapers and wet wipe for infant, the italian restaurant is good.

Cons:

i book the corner king room expect to have bigger space with my infant. However, the king size bed is too small to fit 3 of us, staff arrange a double bed room for us it is much better with the space and bed, is dissapoint corner king room is smaller compare the normal. Breakfast is quite simple and boring since we stay for 5 nights like almost the same food, short of front door staff that we waiting for quite long someone just came up to assist collect our luggage during check out.

Comfortable , friendly and easy
Pros:

Super clean and high spec of a hotel . In a really central location . Great breakfast and really friendly staff .

Cons:

Sadly lacked any real personality compared to other places I’ve stayed in Japan . Felt very catered for a western taste and sensibility .
Definitely not a negative at all and a great hotel for families etc . But maybe rethink if you’re after a more authentic stay and trip .

Perfect post flight recovery before heading up north
Pros:

Modern, clean, great location and overall a great experience. I wasnt expecting much, but having now visited other 5* hotels on the island, its a great hotel at the right price point.

Eine echte Empfehlung!
Pros:

Leider nur für eine Nacht aber wir waren mit dem Hotel in allen Belangen sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war super schön, grosszügig im Grundriss und neuwertig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Atmospähere. Auch der Restaurantbereich und die Bar sind sehr schön gestaltet (Essen und Drinks waren auch top). Und der Pool auf dem Dach hat natürlich auch Spass gemacht. Insgesamt eine echte Empfehlung!

Pros:

Tolles Angebot, große Zimmer. Der Auforeis für die Club Lounge zahlt sich aus. Tolle warme und kalte Snacks

Cons:

Dachterrasse macht leider schon sehr früh zu.

A great stay overall
Pros:

We had a great stay overall. The location was excellent — close enough to Kokusai Dori to visit it anytime, but far enough to avoid the noise. There’s also a great coffee shop next to the hotel and several convenience stores nearby.

The facilities were fantastic: a large pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna, and a nice selection of tea, coffee, and skincare amenities in the room. The breakfast was also excellent — we originally booked without it, but ended up eating at the restaurant on the 1st floor almost every day, so it’s definitely worth adding at the lower price during booking.

The atmosphere was calm and quiet overall, mostly business travelers, with no loud or drunken groups

Cons:

We stayed in a terrace room, but in hindsight, a regular room would have been a better value. The terrace faced a construction site, and it was hot and noisy there because of the air-conditioning units. A few minor things could also be improved, such as the lack of USB ports, a small leak beneath one of the sockets, and awkward cabinet handles in the hallway.

One small downside of the spa area was that the outdoor jacuzzi felt very exposed to the lounge/breakfast area, so it lacked a bit of privacy. Also, the sauna being on a different floor meant a breezy walk on the stairs.
