Excellent location, small boutique with only 12/13 rooms. Very basic but the rooms are more quirky than the standard business hotels everywhere.
Small but so are most standard hotels in the area.
11時チェックアウトだったので寝ていると、9時30分に、何度もドアノックされました。
飛び起きて様子を伺っていると男性の声が。宿泊税払ってください！と。
チェックアウトの時にフロントで支払いでも大丈夫ですか？と聞くと、大丈夫です！！と言われました。大丈夫ならなぜその時間に叩き起こしましたか？
本当にスタッフかどうかもその時点ではわからないし、とても怖かったです。
Posizione ottima.
Struttura sporca, la moquette di camera nostra era piena di capelli. Camera veramente minuscola per non parlare del bagno, la più piccola avuta in tutti i 18 giorni in Giappone.
Posizione abbastanza comoda per il centro di Osaka.
Strade un po sporche all’esterno dell’hotel, ma non è colpa dell’hotel, è proprio Osaka che è una città davvero sporca.
Stanze veramente troppo piccole, (si, in Giappone lo sono, ma questa le batte tutte) ci sta per una notte, non di più.
Pulizia davvero insufficiente, la moquette puzza, molta polvere dietro la tenda che dà sulla finestra, e soprattutto negli angoli dei mobili e delle porte.
Mi spiace dare una recensione negativa, ma è pur sempre costruttiva. Essendo che a primo impatto sembrerebbe un hotel aperto non da tanto, sarebbe una buona cosa migliorare subito la pulizia appunto, è fondamentale per fare sentire a proprio agio i clienti.
滞在中にオンライン会議をすることがあったため、Wi-Fi環境が整っていることが必須でした。全く問題なく快適にWi-Fiを使用することができ、お部屋もシンプルかつ清潔でコスパがよく次回の滞在にも利用させていただきたいと思いました。
The location is excellent. Walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba, Shinsaibashi street (shopping), and Kuromon market. Also a very quick train journey to Umeda and Shin-Osaka station if taking the Shinkansen (bullet train).
The rooms are very small which is expected, but it would definitely be the most ideal if you are a solo traveller who packs light. We had 2 medium suitcases and we had to put them both on the bed.
The toilet is also very small which a family member (tall male) found difficult to be comfortable in. It was bearable for me (short female) but not the most comfortable.
The staff were okay but the reception wasn’t 24 hours and the rooms aren’t cleaned unless you request this. They also unfortunately don’t do luggage forwarding and suggested to go to Family Mart. We ended up having to go to a Yamamoto shop and luckily we could change the departure time of our bullet train to sort everything out last minute. So something to consider depending on your travel plans.
Die Lage war super, Empfang war sehr nett, und das Bett war wirklich bequem. Das Zimmer war für uns als Paar mit drei Koffern recht eng, aber vollkommen ausreichend.
Die Zimmer könnten sauberer sein (besonders unter dem Bett), die Zimmer sind klein (ist aber auch angegeben). Also wer viel Platz braucht, wird hier nicht glücklich.

Ich habe ein Zimmer ohne Fenster im Erdgeschoß bekommen, meine Nachfrage ob ich ein anderes Zimmer haben könnte, wurde verneint. Wenn es wirklich so war, ok. Gefallen hat mir das trotzdem nicht.

Room itself was smart and modern
No view or natural light - the window is directly next to the side of a building so all you can see is an ugly wall. I can see other reviews say the same - but the hotels response (which I also got when I complained in person) of 'next time ask for a room on a higher floor' is not good enough!
The hotel are mis-selling the rooms with this problem, they should make it clear that this room has no view or light and price it accordingly! It is no use to tell guests to book a higher floor next time, when I imagine most people like myself would not plan on returning. Reduce the price and make it clear that there is no view out of the window so that guests are not disappointed.
Convenient location for restaurant and Shinsaibashi area
Bathroom was exceptionally small.
