Pros:

Room itself was smart and modern

Cons:

No view or natural light - the window is directly next to the side of a building so all you can see is an ugly wall. I can see other reviews say the same - but the hotels response (which I also got when I complained in person) of 'next time ask for a room on a higher floor' is not good enough!
The hotel are mis-selling the rooms with this problem, they should make it clear that this room has no view or light and price it accordingly! It is no use to tell guests to book a higher floor next time, when I imagine most people like myself would not plan on returning. Reduce the price and make it clear that there is no view out of the window so that guests are not disappointed.

A convenient comfortable stay in Osaka
Pros:

The property had everything we needed for a couple of nights. With appliances and a fully equipped bathroom. The bed was comfy and clean. Situated within walking distance from multiple transport routes

Cons:

The room we stayed in was very compact with limited storage space but it didn’t majorly impact the stay.

Très bon emplacement près de Dotonbori et de stations de métro
La chambre est propre, la literie confortable, la salle de bain est petite mais fait l affaire pour un court séjour

Cons:

Vu sur un mur, ok pour un court séjour, peut être étouffant sur du long terme

Pros:

Clean, well-stocked, great location. Bed was comfortable and big. Value for money!

Cons:

Compared to the other branch in South Namba, this one is smaller and has less common facilities (no laundry/vending machines? smaller waiting area). Otherwise makes up for it with the great location. Shower slightly small
