The location is excellent along with the Japanese themed decor.

Location and traditional Japanese look of the property

Cons:

It was difficult to express our dissatisfaction without being told to contact BOOKINGS.COM.
We expected 2 beds for my niece and I but the YAGURA room offered a bunk bed like situation with only one small double bed. When we expressed that we are unable to sleep together we were offered a blanket ONLY free of charge. We requested a DUVET but they insisted we pay an additional 27 yen. We reported to BOOKINGS.COM who cannot get a response from OMO3. How are we expected to get a response to our complaint?

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at OMO3 in Asakusa. Really super nice rooms!
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, great shower and plenty of room

Cons:

Maybe the availability of some of the food at the food station, like bread or cake was a bit limited at times

Pros:

Location was good. Fantastic shower.
Rooftop deck has a fantastic view

Cons:

The room was tiny. The bed was under a bunk, with inadequate airflow. The room was not dark enough.
The breakfast dining area felt like a hostel, and also accepted credit cards. There was no point in prebooking and committing to JPY1000/person/day

飯店很舒服，雖然空間非常的狹小不能放兩個行李箱跟一個小推車，其他都還不錯備品也可以在1樓直接拿👍
Pros:

地理位置很棒，走幾步路就是地鐵站隔壁就是淺草最熱門的地方，很適合帶小孩住這裡❤️小孩累了就回飯店直接休息，飯店的景觀也超美的🫶另外真的很感謝飯店幫我們寄出我女兒遺忘在房間裡的兔子後背包🐰非常難過⋯快快樂樂的出門卻不能平平安安的帶她ㄧ起回家，謝謝飯店願意幫我們寄貨到付款讓小兔子背包到日本友人的家，先寄放在朋友那裡，我能明白因為國際運費太貴了沒辦法幫我們寄出，得我們自己想辦法解決問題，畢竟也是我們自己造成的問題，光是能幫我寄出這件事情我就很感動了～非常感謝🙏

I think there are better hotels in Asakusa.
Pros:

Central location was good, roof top and food areas had good views of the temple.

Cons:

The room was poorly laid out with lots of unused space, it didn’t have a bath, had a kettle but no complimentary water, or tea or coffee which is normally provided in most hotels around the world.

We loved our little bit of Asakusa!
Pros:

The room was interesting as it stacked a small sitting area or lounge on top of the bed, even though the room was small it actually expanded storage space and helped us to organise out stuff when we arrived. The bed was really comfortable and the waterfall shower was great, but found it hard to dry the condensation in the bathroom. We really enjoyed staying here, being able to see the area from the café area was really special.

The location is great for seeing Asakusa and Skytree (both look great at night.) Not too far from a few of the station exits if you want to explore the east side of Tokyo, but getting to the west side to see Shinjuku and the like means making some changes. So plan your sightseeing accordingly.

Cons:

We arrived in the typhoon and because there was no early check in so we were in a bit of a state when we showed up, but the staff let us store our bags before check in an were very helpful getting us sorted out. We would have liked to stay here longer to be honest. Next time we'll schedule a slower itinerary.

Pros:

The floor lounge and refreshment center was a nice bonus and the rooftop lounge area. The free refreshments and snacks were a nice surprise also. Although we didn’t make it to the tour we felt that it was a good option to have.

The room was exceptionally comfortable . We allays love the tatami floors. The design of the room made it very comfortable and functional for us.

The secure luggage storage room for pre-check/in and after check out was really nice that we could enjoy the sites and shopping longer.

The view from the room of the Temple was very nice.

Cons:

1. No door to bathroom made is noisy for others sleeping as I got ready for the day.
2. The computer for the laundry had issues so I wasn’t able to do laundry and had to wait till someone came to fix it.
